Getting into this deep state of relaxation,
Relaxing your body and relaxing your mind.
Go ahead and breathe normally.
At this point,
I'd like you to go ahead and keep your head still,
But roll your eyes up.
So look up with your eyes as high as you can,
Like you're looking up into your eyebrows or as if you're trying to look up into your forehead.
Keep your eyes glued to a real or imaginary spot above.
Just keep your eyes stuck there.
Every time you blink,
You're going more and more into this deep state of relaxation.
Breathing in,
Keep your eyeballs up still and breathe out and breathe in and breathe out again.
And on your next breath,
I'd like you to close your eyes and relax into this empty space you see with your eyes closed.
Keep your eyeballs shut as you breathe.
Go ahead and drop your chin.
So you really feel that looking down sensation.
Just looking down and as you look down,
Imagine yourself going down a flight of stairs.
See your feet,
Hear your feet and feel your feet.
Every nerve,
Every muscle lets loose with every step.
That's step number 10.
You can feel yourself moving down this flight of stairs to step nine.
Every nerve lets loose each step as you go deeper,
