Hello there,

Friend.

Thank you so much for being here.

Find yourself a comfortable seat or lie down,

And let's begin.

Allowing the shoulders to soften,

The hips to ground you.

Closing the eyes now,

And letting your hands touch your thighs,

And giving your thighs just a really slow,

Gentle rub forward and back,

Just tapping into your body here in space,

Reminding you that you get to be here now,

And you're safe in this moment.

Tuning into your breath now,

Taking a really big breath in,

Filling up your belly like a big balloon inflating,

Breathing,

Holding it at the top.

Exhale,

Open your mouth,

And just sigh the breath all the way out,

Pausing in the space between,

Softening here,

And then taking another really big breath in,

Filling up,

Expanding the mind,

The breath,

The soul,

The being that you are,

Opening your mouth,

Sighing the breath all the way out,

Pausing on empty.

One more like that,

Big,

Expansive breath in,

Releasing breath out.

I'll share with you now affirmations to help bring you ease from anxiety,

And to bring you safety and peace into the body.

And you can listen to these affirmations as many times as you need.

And if you are familiar with EFT,

Tapping,

These are also beautiful to tap.

Coming back to your breath now,

Filling up Coming back to this sensation and feeling of letting go with each exhale,

Of expanding your heart to be with yourself in this moment,

No matter how uneasy it might feel.

In order to heal,

We must feel.

So be so proud of yourself for sitting with whatever it is you're sitting with right now.

That is courageous.

It's so easy to numb and push away what's uncomfortable.

And by sitting with it,

You will transmute it into your greatest asset.

Trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

And even in the hard moments,

Everything is working out for you.

Let's take another breath in together,

And an easy breath out.

You can keep your hands to your lap or left hand to heart,

Right hand to belly.

I trust in the process of life.

I am nurtured and safe in my body.

I am safe to be here with myself.

This aloneness brings me back home to myself.

Back home to myself is where I fall back in love with me.

Back home to myself is where I fall back in love with me.

Back home to myself is where I fall back in love with life.

Back home to myself is where I fall back in love with life.

I bring the focus back to myself.

And when I do,

I become a magnet to my desires.

I am loved.

I am protected.

I am divinely guided.

And even when it doesn't seem like it,

Everything is working out for me and my highest good.

Even when it doesn't seem like it,

Everything is working out for me and my highest good.

The universe has my back.

A thousand angels are behind me,

Guiding me.

I am never alone.

I practice accepting my pain.

In time,

I will transmute my pain into my greatest purpose.

Everything is working out for me.

I will transmute my pain into gold.

I love and accept myself fully.

I love and accept myself fully.

Even in the hardest moments.

In the hardest moments is where I need to give myself even more love,

Acceptance,

And compassion.

I am okay,

And I will get through this.

Just like the seasons are always changing,

This moment is temporary.

And I will get through this.

Take a breath in.

Breath out.

Breathe in I.

Breathe out got this.

I.

Breathing in I am.

Okay.

For I am a damn butterfly.

You got this,

My friend.

You are so loved.

You are so okay.

And this hard moment in time is fleeting.

You will get past this,

And you will be stronger,

Wiser,

And full of more love than you ever thought possible.
