Place your left hand to your heart and your right hand to your belly.
Close your eyes.
Allow your belly to be really soft and full with breath.
Notice however it is you're feeling.
Breathe into it.
Give yourself so much love and credit for holding yourself in this way.
Tenderly giving yourself time and space.
Giving yourself immense grace for your human experience.
And without these anxious feelings and self-doubt and fears,
You wouldn't be human.
I am living a human experience.
After all,
I am a human being.
And as I hold myself here tenderly,
I come back home to myself and I remind myself that I am okay.
Take a big breath in.
A big sigh out through the mouth.
A few more times,
Breathing in.
And out.
This is my in-breath.
This is my out-breath.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Allow the breath to feel slow and easy.
Allowing the breath to simply flow through you.
And the more you do that,
The easier it gets to allow life to flow through you as well.
The easier it gets to let go and to release control.
Remind yourself that you trust yourself.
As you release,
You are trusting more and more into the unknown.
Having immense faith that no matter what,
You are okay.
I surrender to the divine timing of my life.
I trust myself.
I trust my spirit guides.
And I know that I have nothing to worry about.
The whole universe has my back.
And I am blessed.

Allow your breath to deepen now.
When you're ready,
Lowering your hands to your lap.
Opening up your eyes,
Letting the light in.
Thinking of one thing that you're really grateful for.
Perhaps it's the time you just gave yourself to be easy with you.
