Good morning,
Come to a comfortable seat and let's begin.
Closing your eyes now,
Placing your hands to your lap.
Just taking your breath in,
Shrugging your shoulders up by your ears,
Keeping the eyes closed,
Look up at the sky and just smile.
On your exhale,
Round the shoulders back,
Squeeze the shoulder blades together and just let them recede down.
Breathing in,
Shoulders up,
I smile,
Gazing up.
And exhale,
Rounding the shoulders back and releasing everything out.
One more time like that,
Breathing in,
I smile,
Looking up.
Exhale,
Rounding the shoulders back,
I release.
So good,
Just feeling your hips grounding you and crown of your head lengthening you up.
Let out,
Allowing the belly to be heavy and soft.
Just taking a breath in and a breath out through your mouth.
Good,
Now just breathing in and out through the nose,
Still aware of the breath.
And just inviting in the slowing down and the stillness.
I invite you now to imagine a ball of light at the root chakra,
The space between your hips at the base of your body.
This ball of light is a color of your choosing today.
And the first color that comes to your head today is just right.
Don't overthink it.
Just observing and watching this ball of light now at the root chakra spin and rotate.
And as it moves,
It gets bigger and bigger.
And soon this ball of energy is as wide as the width of your hips.
This ball of light is soon going to drop down layers and layers and layers of earth,
Connecting you to the core of Mother Earth,
Our planet.
This is called your grounding cord.
And when you set your grounding cord today,
Your connection to Mother Earth,
To her energy is within you.
And if there's any unwanted energy in the body,
You get to send that down the grounding cord.
To prepare for the dropping of your grounding cord,
Take a big breath in now.
On your exhale,
Release and this ball of light drops down now.
Beneath your seat,
Outside of your home,
Down layers and layers and layers of earth until it latches on to the core,
The center of our planet of Mother Earth,
Fully grounding you,
Fully protecting you,
Holding you up.
And again,
If there's anything you want to send down the grounding cord,
You can do that now and throughout your day.
To visualize this connection once again,
I invite you to imagine a white rose in your head and you'll send this white rose down the grounding cord,
Taking a big breath in.
And on your exhale,
Sending this white rose down the grounding cord.
This white rose acts as a broom,
Sweeping this cord clean of any dust,
Of any remnants,
So that anything you send down this grounding cord goes down with so much ease.
Mother Earth receives this white rose that has collected the dust and she neutralizes it and poof,
It is gone.
You feel so grounded,
So connected,
So confident knowing that you have Mother Earth's energy within you today.
I now invite you to bring your awareness to the crown of your head where another ball of light resides,
Giving this ball of light at the crown another color and the first color that comes to your head again is just right.
Watching this ball of light float above the crown and grow until it's as big as the top of your head.
Soon this ball of light will shoot up creating a great beam connecting your crown to the entirety of the universe.
When you're ready,
Taking a big breath in and on your exhale this ball of light shoots up into the sky now.
This cosmic beam is infinite.
It goes on forever.
Your connection to the universe,
To source energy is limitless.
You are limitless.
You are infinite and whenever you forget that today come back to this cosmic beam of light connecting you to your infinite potential.
You have come from the universe,
Dear starseed.
Don't forget that.
Remember who you are and the infinite potential within you.
You are so grounded,
Connected to Mother Earth and all her nourishment and sustenance and you are so connected to the universe around you and the infinite source energy and your infinite potential.
To seal in this healing and all of this connection where you feel so grounded and expansive simultaneously imagining a white rose in front of you now.
Drop your name inside of that white rose declaring it is yours and then watch that white rose draw a circle all the way around you now sealing in this energy.
When the white rose comes back in front of your face you are now in an eggshell-like shaped bubble that cannot be poked or popped.
This bubble acts as your shield,
An energetic barrier for no one else can disturb your peace today.
No one else can affect your energy for you are so grounded and so cosmically connected.
Inside of this cosmic egg your higher self resides.
You notice your higher self now,
What they're wearing,
How they're feeling,
How grounded and connected they feel,
How certain and confident they feel about themselves and just where they're at on their life's path in this moment.
A feeling of ease and release washes over you and you're so grateful to have this connection with your higher self knowing that she is you and you are her.

With this connection now with your higher self and your energy sealed you are protected,
