Welcome.
Please find a comfortable seated posture or if you prefer lying down.
I welcome you into this safe space for you to allow your body a chance to heal itself.
Let's begin by taking a nice big full deep breath in and letting go.
Let's do a few more here on your own.
Nice deep breaths in and out.
I invite you to try a four count breath on your inhale and a six count breath on your exhale.
Taking one more big breath here.
Releasing and then coming back into your normal breathing.
And becoming aware of what that feels like.
Whether this is your first time listening to this meditation or not.
Allow this meditation to be new.
This moment is alive.
This moment is different than all of the moments before.
Dropping in to this moment with your breath and inside your own body.
Your physical body has been with you since day one here on this earth.
It has experienced everything.
You and your body are one.
Becoming so enamored,
So curious with your own body right now.
Breathe into the parts of the body that are calling you the loudest.
You are not the sensations inside the body.
You are what is meeting those sensations.
You are the breath moving through the body's sensations.
The sensations will change.
Notice if you begin to judge the sensations.
Really noticing that and coming back once again into being.
Into being the breath.
The breath is connected to your highest light.
The part of you that is spirit.
The part of you that is a soul.
This part of you loves unconditionally.
This part of you is abundant.
That means there is endless light.
There is endless love.
There is endless healing.
There is endless abundance in every form.
This is true for you and this is true for all of us.
We simply have to tune in and remember what has always been there.
Just simply being here breathing.
Filling out all the little nooks and crannies inside the body.
The breath can go everywhere.
The breath is always the most powerful.
The feeling of the breath is the highest feeling.
This feeling of connection.
This feeling of complete relaxation.
Complete letting go.
Whatever that connection is for you.
Begin to consider all of the ways you connect to this place.
Perhaps watching the waves roll in.
Becoming lost in their rhythm,
Sound.
Their newness,
Their aliveness.
Picturing yourself immersed in nature just like that.
The feeling that time is standing still.
That you and nature are in sync.
No separation.
Lost in the beauty of the moment.
Bringing that in all the way through the body.
Go to where it is the most easily accessible to you.
For some it may be your connection to a higher power.
A dream of what heaven feels like.
Where angels dwell.
You have permission to go wherever you need to go.
Your deepest connection to the source of this energy of your soul.
Take it in all through the body.
The body wants to receive this feeling.
Feeling comes from feeling.
Feeling the highest vibration inside the body.
Especially where the body needs it the most.
Please continue to soak in this feeling.
The body is like a sponge.
It wants to absorb this feeling.
I invite you to stay here relaxing.
Soaking.
Allowing your body a time to heal.
For as long as you would like.
