World Peace Meditation

This meditation is helpful when the world feels like it's too much, and you are feeling powerless to change anything. It's a gentle reminder of the innate power you do possess. It contains a series of affirmations designed to attract peace in and around you. There is no formal ending, which gives you room at the end to meditate on your own (for a couple of minutes) if you would like.

The peace I feel inside me is the peace I see outside me. I feel everyone feeling calm. Calmer as I feel calmer. I can tune into calmness no matter what is happening in or around me. I envision the world coming together. I am an example of the love the world can feel. The more loving I feel, The more loving others around me feel. The more others feel love, The more they take that love into their lives. One by one, More people feel loving and act from love. It's always a good idea to feel loving as I take action. Action to better myself and all my fellow human beings. Taking good care of myself is the same as taking good care of another person. I love other people just like I feel love for myself. I see the world changing in positive ways. I see the world moving towards love every single day. I feel it now. I feel it now. I feel it now. I am one person with a ripple effect far beyond what I may see. New ideas spring forth from love. New ideas that carry the frequency of true change. New ideas that take shape in the hearts and minds of others. I accept this call to stand in my truth as a powerful, Loving creation, Here at this time, To serve a purpose for world peace, Which begins always with me.
