It helps to create a greater awareness of what we feed our bodies and why. It also strengthens our connection to our highest self--our connection to the divine--within our bodies.

Settling in,

Allowing the eyes to soften and to close whenever you're ready.

You can place one hand on your heart and the other hand on your belly.

And let's begin by taking a nice big breath here and releasing.

You can do this a few more times on your own.

You can count to four as you breathe in and counting to four as you breathe out,

Really feeling the palms against the body.

Your own personal four count breath.

You are reminding the body that you are safe here with these longer,

Deeper breaths.

And at the end of the last deep exhalation,

Returning to your normal breathing and placing the hands back in the lap.

Connecting your seat,

Your feet,

Your back against all of the surfaces that the body is in contact with.

Being here.

My body allows me to do great things.

It is my vessel here on earth.

I love and cherish this gift where my soul gets to live while I am here on earth.

Being here.

Taking a moment now to note what you are grateful for in your body.

Being with your breath first.

Becoming absolutely fascinated with your own breath moving through your own body.

What else are you grateful for that your body does for you?

Take a private moment here and feel grateful for each part of your body.

You can feel each part as you note that body part.

Feeling with the breath.

Feeling with the body.

How I feed my body this sacred creation is a conscious choice.

My mind is in service with the divine to treat my body kindly.

I enjoy feeding my body with healthy food and I make my choices from a place of completeness to a place of happiness.

I am safe here.

I have enough.

I have everything I need.

I choose from a place of wholeness to treat myself to foods I enjoy.

I move my body because I love the way that feels.

I enjoy the way my body looks and feels as it changes.

And I embrace the expanding feeling of worthiness that takes over.

I see myself happy,

Whole,

Healthy,

And the shape my body wants to be.

Taking a private moment here to connect with your body in any way you see fit.

And whenever you're ready,

You can allow yourself to come out of the meditation on your own.

Have that in a fallen lower Court.
