Ease exists.
It's okay to use your mind to tap into ease outside of your body first.

Feel it.
How nice and easy and how totally complete it is.
Now believing in your ability to heal and create ease inside your body.
Taking a moment to set your intention for this silently to yourself.
Every time you breathe,
You are breathing healing into the body.
Breath is love.
Breath is light.
Feel the light coming in through the breath.
Letting your mind,
Your ego join with the breath with healing as it moves in and out through the body.

Your mind is on the side of the breath now.
You are breathing the highest,
Most loving energy into the body.
Breathing into any areas that need it the most.
Allowing the body permission to feel however it feels in this moment.
You are the breath,
The breath that loves the body unconditionally.
Going into spaces and places both pleasant and unpleasant equally here with your breath.
Breathing the body.
I feel the unpleasantness releasing with the breath.
I let go of anything connected with this sensation I feel.
I totally release it,
Letting it disintegrate and melt away.
All parts of the body receiving this beautiful loving light through the breath.
