Find a comfortable seat and allow yourself to begin to settle into stillness.
You could close your eyes gently or drop your gaze towards your lap and begin to notice the quietness that surrounds you.
With each breath in,
Imagine peace entering your body.
With every exhale,
Imagine tension leaving your body and the self-judgment leaving your mind.
Taking a few deep cleansing breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Allowing your body to relax.
And as you relax,
Begin to listen inward.
Perhaps you hear this quiet,
Deep voice,
Your inner voice.
At times,
This voice can be critical,
Echoing dotes and insecurities,
Telling you that you are not enough.
Pause and ask yourself,
Where does this voice come from?
Recognize that it might be the voice of your inner child,
The voice that was shaped early in life as you began to seek approval and validation from others.
Allow yourself to see this inner critic as your inner child and treat it with compassion.
If you notice other thoughts and voices that arise,
Gently begin to tune them out.
Invite your focus towards the voice that connects with your true worth.
Even if it is a faint,
Very soft voice,
Trust that you can with practice.
Tune in a little more deeply.
Acknowledge your inner voice's desire to protect you,
To keep you safe from pain or failure.
You might try saying,
Thank you for trying to keep me safe.
But now,
Offer your permission to let go of the judgment and criticism.
Instead,
Welcome a gentler voice of acceptance.
Remind yourself,
It's okay to risk failure.
I am doing my best.
I am enough.
You have an intrinsic worth that cannot be taken away by anyone or anything.
As you breathe,
Stay present with your thoughts,
Letting them come and go without becoming overwhelmed.
Notice your breath.
Notice the quietness between each inhale and exhale.
Reflect for a moment on the lessons of your past.
Did you know that your mistakes do not define you?
Allow yourself to embrace the peace that you deserve,
And know that inner peace is available to us all.
Gently begin to repeat to yourself,
My true voice is kind,
Loving,
Gentle,
And compassionate.
I can release negative thoughts because I trust that I am safe.
With each breath,
Assure yourself,
I am safe.
I am heard.
And I will speak to myself with kindness,
Honesty,
And love.
Continuing to relax as you breathe.
I trust myself and my wisdom.
I celebrate my progress.
I choose truth over illusion.
I learn and trust over fear.
Take a moment to honor your uniqueness.
What is it that you believe makes you so special?
Because you are.
Because you are.
Take a moment to honor your spiritual essence.
You do not need to seek the validation of others anymore.
Your worth is yours.
And you are valuable simply because you exist.
And there is nothing in this world that can diminish that.
You are valuable simply because you exist.
Breathe in this truth.
And settle into this deep sense of self-worth.
You are important.
You belong here just as much as anyone else.
You are valuable simply because you exist.
Don't allow anything or anyone,
Including yourself,
To diminish that.
Place your hands gently over your heart.
And with each inhale,
Allow yourself to connect deeper to your inner child.
And with every exhale,
Offer them compassion.
Let your inner child know that they are safe.
Safe to be seen.

And safe to be themselves.
This child within you is valuable simply because you exist.
When you are ready,

You can open your eyes,
Take a look at the space around you.
And as you move forward in your day,
