Go ahead and sit comfortably in your chair or on the floor,
Placing your palms face up.
Gently close your eyes or find a soft downward gaze.
Begin to deepen your breath,
Taking a deep breath in and release.
Keep breathing long and deep,
Honoring all that is coming through.
This meditation is designed to help you change the way that you feel and lean into your greatest desires.
To begin,
Ask yourself,
How do you want to feel?
How do I want to feel?
Is there a time in your life when you felt this way?
Or an experience that you witnessed that represents this feeling?
Let's cultivate that memory.
Allow it to bring forth emotion,
Feelings,
And desires.
Be unapologetic for how you want to feel.
Breathe in to the feelings that these images create.
If you notice there is any resistance,
Breathe in to that feeling of resistance and let it go.
As you breathe long and deep,
Guide your thoughts towards images,
Memories,
Or experiences that represent how you want to feel.
Let your mind wander.
Let your mind create images of the world and the experiences that you want to see.
See yourself in the change and the shifts that you desire.
See yourself doing what you've been dreaming of.
See yourself being the person that you have envisioned.
And with every breath,
Connect more and more deeply to the feelings that are ignited by these images.
Breathe in to these feelings of excitement,
Enthusiasm,
Joy.
Maybe these feelings bring forth emotion.
Let them flow.
See yourself in the change that you desire.
Feel your way into that experience.
Breathing long and deep.
Let your mind wander.
Let your emotions guide you.
Let the sound of your breath move you.
Breathe in to these feelings of excitement,
Enthusiasm,
Joy.
See yourself in the change that you desire.
And with every breath,
Connect more and more deeply to the feelings that are ignited by these images.
Take another deep breath in and release.
Coming back into your body,
Wiggling your toes,
Wiggling your fingertips,
Rubbing the palms of your hands together.
Reconnect to your body again.
Honor all of the feelings that have come through in this meditation.
And bring them with you into your day.
Trusting that these feelings are what will create the world you want to see.
Take one last deep breath in and release.
