Welcome to Flowing with the Wind Gates,
Where we embark upon a journey through eight points that surround the navel.
With every breath we take,
We will enter into these points and activate our senses to visualize,
Feel,
And sound healing qualities that nourish our abdomen,
Torso,
And internal organs.
So let's get cozy and deeply relax during our time together.
Come to a comfortable position lying on your back.
Feel free to cover your body with a blanket.
Place the soles of your feet on the ground with your knees bent.
This will allow your belly to be soft.
Place your hands gently on your belly,
Feeling the rise and fall of your breath in and out.
Take a moment to settle in here.
Begin with a nice,
Deep breath in through the nose and a sigh out the mouth.
Gently scan the body from your head to your feet and relax each area that you bring your attention to.
Soften the skin of your forehead and your jaw.
Allow your shoulders to relax and sink down.
Let your pelvis be easy.
Release any tension in your legs and ankles,
And if it feels good,
Let your knees lean in towards one another.
Feel your feet melt into the earth.
Visualize your navel,
Your belly button,
As a sea of gently spiraling universes.
Allow your awareness to enter into the navel and sink into the warmth and darkness below.
Breathe into the space.
With your hand or fingers,
Gently touch and feel the area just to the left of the navel.
This is the east.
With your hand resting here,
Bring your awareness to your left kidney and breathe a smile into this organ.
As you exhale,
Make a sound with your breath as though you are slowly blowing out a candle.
Continue to make this sound on your exhalations as you listen and visualize.
Breathing in,
Allow a clear,
Blue light to wash over your left kidney.
Breathing out,
Release a cloudy,
Blue light.
Breathe in calmness and gentleness,
And breathe out fear.
Gently touch and feel the area just above the navel now.
This is the north.
With your fingers resting here,
Bring your awareness to the left side of the navel.
Bring your awareness into your heart and breathe a smile into this organ.
As you exhale,
Make the sound of H-A.
Continue to make this sound on your exhalations as you listen and visualize.
Breathing in,
Allow a clear,
Red light to wash over your heart.
Breathing out,
Release a cloudy,
Red light.
Breathe in appreciation,
Joy,
And laughter.

Place your fingers now gently upon the area just to the right of the navel.
This is the west.
With your fingers resting here,
Bring your awareness to your right kidney,
And breathe a smile into this organ.
As you exhale,
Make a sound with your breath as though you are slowly blowing out a candle.

Allow your breath to return to normal.
Notice the sensations in and around your belly.
Become aware of your body lying on the floor and feel the connection of the earth beneath you.
As you exhale,
Bring your attention to the fingertips and the toes and gently begin to shake out your hands and feet.
Rub your hands together and place the palms of your hands over the eyes.
Slowly open your eyes underneath your hands and let the light come gradually through.
Use your fingers to tap the bones of the face,
Your brow,
Cheekbones,
Your jaw,
And the chin.
Stretch your arms out and above your head,
Giving yourself a luxurious stretch with gratitude for the entire body.
