This is Melinda VanKirk of Meditation for Manifestation.

Let's start by taking a comfortable position,

Perhaps sitting up if that feels right for you.

Legs can be crossed or you can be in a chair,

Just finding where you can hold this space comfortably for the next 10 minutes.

Let's begin by really grounding down through your sitz bones,

Feeling the connection to the earth or the seat below you.

Perhaps making little movements side to side,

Front and back,

Just finding your center,

Noticing how your body is positioned.

Lengthening through your spine,

Feeling up into the crown of your head,

Extending it towards the heavens.

Let your hands rest comfortably.

Palms can be up or down or even taking a mudra.

Whatever feels right in your body in this moment.

Let the gaze begin to soften,

Perhaps drawing down to the ground,

And eyes maybe even close and rest comfortably.

Begin to notice the quality of your breath,

Not placing any judgment,

But noticing just how it is right now in this moment.

Letting the breath flow in and out of the nose quietly,

Noticing the sensations on your nostrils as you inhale,

Perhaps it's a cooling sensation.

The warmth on the exhale.

Let's take a couple cleansing breaths together,

Exhaling out the air in your body completely.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Filling your belly,

Your ribs,

Your chest,

Pausing at the top.

Then as you exhale,

Sighing it out the mouth,

Maybe making a nice audible sigh,

Like a,

Ah,

Just letting go of any tension you might be holding onto.

Then again,

Inhaling deeply through the nose,

Belly,

Ribs,

Chest expand,

Feeling the breath all the way up to the collarbones.

Pause at the top,

And exhale,

Sigh it out the mouth,

Release.

And one more round just like that.

Exhaling deeply,

Feeling the whole belly and torso,

Chest cavity.

Pause at the top,

Exhale,

Sigh it out.

Now begin to think about something that you've wanted to manifest in your life.

It could be something simple.

It could be elaborate,

So perhaps you just want joy and peace in your life,

Or perhaps you want something,

You want that dream house somewhere.

It doesn't really matter what it is.

I just want you to envision it in your mind right now.

What is it that you most desire at this moment in time?

Maybe it's a relationship,

Connection to others,

A dream job.

Keep imagining whatever this is in your mind.

And now put yourself in that space.

So if it's the dream house you want,

Put yourself standing in front of it or standing inside of it.

Imagine yourself there right now,

Having whatever it is that you want to achieve.

It's a feeling of peace.

Notice how that feels in your body.

And don't worry about the hows.

That's really not important.

It's about putting yourself into that space,

Really seeing it,

Seeing it so much that you believe it.

And now that you see it,

What are you feeling as you're in this space?

What emotions come up for you?

Really tap into that emotion,

Because ultimately that's what we're really seeking,

Is the emotion we get from whatever this is we're trying to manifest.

It's not the things.

It's this feeling inside that we're seeking.

Notice energetically how you're feeling in your body.

Are you feeling excited?

Are you feeling calm?

Are you feeling a whole new way that maybe you haven't felt in a very long time?

Perhaps you're feeling light or more grounded.

Just notice and experience this feeling.

Envision yourself in that space,

Living this dream.

You are there.

Maybe it's three months,

Maybe it's six months,

Maybe it's a year.

You can give it a time frame if you like.

Envision you there in that space,

In that emotion,

In that energy.

Allow that feeling and energy to permeate your whole body,

Feeling it from your root all the way to the crown of your head.

Just let that marinate,

Sinking in.

Now draw this emotion into your heart center.

Heart center is really the center of the chest when we're talking about the energetic body.

Drawing that feeling right there.

Drawing your focus there.

All that energy and emotion,

Allowing it to fill your entire heart in all directions,

Front,

Side,

Back,

Top,

Bottom,

360 degrees,

And let it grow in your heart center.

Know that this feeling,

This idea of manifesting,

When you let it sit in your heart and you truly believe is when we begin to make it happen.

You believe and you surrender this to the powers of the universe.

Again,

Not worrying so much about the hows because our path may be different than what we want or expect it to be.

From this heart centered space,

You can take inspired action.

You can begin to take those little steps one foot in front of the other and it's keeping that trust and surrendering that goal to the universe and just knowing that it will happen and coming from a space of gratitude.

What you receive can be so much more than you can imagine.

You need to let go of the control,

Release,

Trust,

Believe,

And take that inspired action in order to receive.

We co-create with the universe and we let go and we follow our inspiration.

Now I invite you to bring your palms to your heart,

Left hand over your heart center,

Right hand on top,

Keeping this feeling in your heart,

Saying a little prayer of gratitude,

Thanking the universe for co-creating this dream with you.

Let's take a collective breath together to send that out into the universe.

Inhale out completely.

Inhale deeply through the nose,

Filling up the belly,

The ribs,

The chest one more time,

Pausing at the top.

Hold the breath.

Exhale,

Sigh it out into the universe,

Sighing out your intentions,

Your gratitude,

Knowing that this will manifest for you.

So it is.

Gently release your hands down,

Draw your chin to chest,

Begin to blink your eyes open,

Drawing in your surroundings,

The light,

The sounds,

And coming back to your center.

Sending you peace,

Unconditional love,

And divine light.
