In my opinion there is no better musical background for the meditation then nature sounds! why? they help me focus and make me calm... If you do any meditating regularly, then you know what I am talking about

I found this sounds very relaxing! Thank you! :) The best way to work on the breath and not get bored and restless in your practice, is to make the breath a real focus and make your meditation something you do for yourself with no "goal" or distraction....

This sound is helpful. When I feel my mind wandering or getting off track, I gently bring myself back to this good state. I can’t get lost in my thoughts, my negative thoughts, and all of the rest. My mind is in complete control and I’m aware that I am who I am.

I just love the sounds of nature. The way the wind rustles through the leaves, the way the birds sing. It's all so calming and peaceful. I find that when I listen to nature sounds, it's the best way for me to meditate. It's like I can clear my mind and just focus on the sounds of the world around me
