Oh really love this meditation and if you ask me why I will tell you : I like it because it’s short, It’s a great way to start your day (if you do a good meditation like this one) It’s also very nice if you want to make your life more simple and if you think that your life and your day will be better if you live a simple life and less busy I like it because it’s relaxing, and you put your energy in the right place, in the relaxation zone. I also like that I don’t feel guilty for enjoying to meditate

amazing meditation, thank you, because that is just the truth, and I know from my own practice that when I have too much time to meditate, I am much more likely to make food or something... that's why I prefer shorter meditations
