So calming to me. I recommend this meditation to everyone!Slowly you start to feel your breath, and your body and everything that's outside the head, and after a while you feel yourself getting more and more into it, and your heart rate goes down and your mind feels lighter and lighter, and you feel yourself getting into deep sleep..

I find it great to help myself drift off to sleep. I can always count on it to help. I find it also helps when I'm finding myself getting really stressed out or when I'm feeling tense or have a headache. It can be a great little treat to indulge in as it definitely helps me relax, and even helps me get into bed faster at night! Thank you so much!!
