Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Allow your body to soften,

Take another slow,
Deep breath in and as you release it,
Notice how the weight of the world begins to drift away,
Leaving you here in this moment,
Safe,
Calm and at ease.
With each breath,
You feel yourself sinking deeper into comfort.
Starting at the top of your head,
Imagine a soft wave of relaxation flowing down,
Smoothing over your forehead,
Releasing any tension around your eyes,
Softening your jaw.
Feel this wave continue down your neck,
Shoulders and arms,
Releasing tension and guiding you to let go.
Notice how your chest rises and falls effortlessly,
Each breath drawing you deeper into a state of calm.
Feel this wave move through your torso,
Your hips,
Your legs,
All the way down to your feet.
With each breath,
You are letting go of any tension,
Any stress,
Any worry.
And now as your body rests comfortably,
Allow your mind to become equally calm,
Focused and open to the words you hear.
I want you to now imagine that you are in a beautiful space in nature,
A place that you feel calm.
Be in this space,
Take in your surroundings and focus on your breath.
And as you do,
I'm going to count from 1 to 20.
And at the count of 20,
You will be in a deep,
Relaxed state.

Spreading gently downward,
Bathing you in warmth and kindness.
As it moves,
It whispers gratitude to every part of you.
Your mind,
Your thoughts,
The beautiful way you think,
Create and solve problems,
Thank you.
Your eyes,
The windows to your world,
Allowing you to see beauty,
Connection and possibility,
Thank you.
Your mouth,
Your voice,
Your ability to speak your truth and share your love with the world,
Thank you.
Feel this gratitude move through your heart,
Beating with strength and purpose,
Thank you.
Through your hands and arms,
The way that they allow you to embrace,
To create and to contribute,

Down through your legs and feet,
Carrying you forward,
Supporting you in every step,

Now in this space of gratitude and love,
Bring your awareness to any negative thoughts you may have about your body.
Imagine those thoughts as small,
Dark clouds floating just outside of you.
You do not need to hold on to them,
You are safe to release them now.
With each breath out,
Imagine these clouds drifting farther away,
Dissolving into the warm loving light that surrounds you.
As these old thoughts fade,
They create space for new beliefs,
Beliefs rooted in love,
Kindness and truth.
I'm now going to give you a series of suggestions,
Allow these suggestions to penetrate your mind,
Body and soul.
Your body is a miraculous vessel,
Deserving of love and respect.
You release any shame or judgment you have held against yourself.
You choose to celebrate your body for its strength,
Its resilience and its beauty.
You are grateful for all that your body allows you to experience in this life.
Your worth is not defined by your appearance,
But by the love and energy you bring to the world.
Every cell in your body is filled with light,
Love and vitality.
You honor your body as the home of your soul.
Your body is a miraculous vessel,
Deserving of love and respect.
You release any shame or judgment you have held against yourself.
