Before we begin, take a moment to arrive exactly as you are. This session is about softening the way you see your body — releasing judgment, criticism, or distance — and beginning a new relationship rooted in gratitude and love. You don’t need to change anything right now. Just listen, breathe, and allow your body to feel seen, appreciated, and safe.
