This relaxing sensation continues down to your neck and shoulders,
Moving down each arm,
All the way down to your fingertips.
As the wave passes through your chest,
Stomach,
And back,
Every muscle is becoming loose and relaxed.
Feel this wave move further down your legs,
To your feet,
And all the way down to your toes.
With each breath,
You're sinking deeper into relaxation.

Visualize yourself in a situation where you previously felt unsure or anxious.
See yourself handling the situation with poise,

Each time you imagine this scene,
