Please come into any grounding position that feels comfortable for you.
Begin by taking a slow,
Deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Feel your body starting to relax.
Imagine a gentle wave of relaxation beginning at the top of your head and flowing softly down your face,
Past your eyes,
Nose,
Cheeks,
And the jaw,
Relaxing all muscles,
The shoulders,
This wave of calm continues down your neck and shoulders,
Easing away any tension you may be holding.
Feel the wave travel down your arms,
To your fingertips,
And down your torso,
Releasing any tightness.
As the wave reaches your legs,
And finally your toes,
You are completely relaxed and at peace.
Now I want you to visualize yourself at the top of a beautiful staircase with 10 steps.
With each step you take down,
You feel yourself sinking deeper into relaxation,

Drifting down,

Feeling more relaxed,

Halfway down,

Look at your reflection,
Take a moment to see the positive attributes you possess.
Notice the small details that make you unique,
The curve of your smile,
The sparkle in your eyes,
The strength in your posture.
Now,
Visualize a warm golden light beginning to glow from within you,
Slowly surrounding your entire being,
Enhancing your features and making you shine brilliantly.
This golden light is filled with love,
Acceptance,
And an appreciation for who you are,
Both inside and out.
As you stand there,
Feeling the warmth of this radiant light,
Recall a time when you felt proud of yourself,
It could be a moment of achievement,
An act of kindness,
Or simply a time when you felt peace with who you are.
Let these positive memories flood your mind and merge with the golden light surrounding you.
With every breath,
