Everyone.
And welcome.
Whenever you're ready,
Close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and listen to my voice.
And just slowing down the breath now,
Just centering yourself as best as you can,
Letting go.
Deep,
Slow belly breaths,
Grounding the breath into you all the way down to your belly.
Just feeling it expand and contract.
And with each breath,
I invite you to relax just a little more.
Letting go.
Today's meditation is essentially a meditation that protects you from anyone who isn't in alignment with your highest good.
A job,
A situation,
A person.
And so today we're going to release any energies that essentially are bounding you to them.
Freeing you.
And manifesting a new connection.
That will have.
Your highest interest.
And so I want you just to be as peaceful as you can right now.
No matter how much you might be affected by this external energy and presence,
You are now safe today in this moment right here.
And we are going to take our power back.
We are going to create energies that are going to protect you.
And prevent you from experiencing anything more.
That is not in alignment with your highest and greatest good.
Above all.
The question that you can ask yourself in the meantime is,
What do I need to learn from this?
How can I transform this frustration,
Pain,
And anger into wisdom and power?
And so we call forth your higher self,
Your spiritual teams,
And Archangel Michael.
As we invite them to channel to you and through you.
Energies,
Frequencies healing.
And above all,
To assist you in releasing any attachments that no longer align with your intention today.
Above everything else,
We give him full permission to assist us with this.
And so it is,
And so it shall be,
For the highest and greatest good of all.
And so beginning to visualize a beautiful circle of light forming underneath you,
A powerful energetic container surrounding you.
Particles of this beautiful light begins to move up and up and surround you.
Creating an energetic container where you feel peaceful and safe.
This energy is cleansing and clearing your aura,
Allowing you to feel centered and focused.
And so beginning to focus on this connection,
This chromatic agreement that you have with this person,
Place,
Or thing.
And we're going to invite the energetic contract that creates a negative experience for us where we feel as though we are being taken advantage of.
Or that something is in an alignment with our peace,
Our wealth,
Our health,
To reveal itself.
And so visualizing this energetic cord moving from you to them.
As a black cord.
Just taking a moment to connect to it and understanding why we have this connection to begin with.
What is this chord teaching me?
What is this chord representing?
And once I heal this,
What does this mean moving forward?
And so knowing what this energy represents,
I want you to trust that once this is released,
Things will change.
And whatever the change will be,
Will be for your highest and greatest good.
And coming from you,
I invite you to always act scented.
Grounded,
Present,
And from a place of love and peace.
The reason for this is because your team now is working behind the scenes for you and there is nothing you have to force.
There is nothing you have to do.
All is well.
And so we are ready to break this bond as we call forth Archangel Michael.
However he appears to you in your mind's eye,
Just trust.
Archangel Michael,
We invite you today to help us break this contract,
This agreement.
This energetic tie.
Anything essentially that represents this negative experience that we no longer wish to be bound to.
Connected to.
By setting us free,
We give ourselves permission to elevate our energy,
Our experience.
And therefore,
As we free ourselves,
We invite a new energy to come in.
One that will bring peace,
Love,
Wealth,
Abundance and joy.
The experience that we were trying to seek from this bond but we did not get.
And that we understand that we have learned a powerful lesson.
So we thank you for this.
And so we are now ready.
And so seeing Archangel Michael beginning to glow a beautiful purple energy.
This energy moves down and wraps itself around the cord.
We declare ourselves and this contract to no longer hold any power over me.
Or my reality.
In my present,
In my future,
And therefore my past.
We now declare ourselves free and we now declare them free.
This bond is now broken.
And so it is and so it shall be for the highest and greatest good of all.
And the light gets brighter and brighter and brighter,
Burning this contract,
Burning this cord,
All the way to each ends.
Now just taking deep breaths.
Just relaxing,
Centering.
So peaceful.
You are now free.
You no longer have any negative attachments.
Unwanted experiences.
To this person,
Place or thing.
And now we invite Archangel Michael to protect us,
To send us the gold light.
The gold shield.
So that we no longer attract any more relationships,
Connections,
And chromatic contracts that are similar to this.
We only invite.
Experiences that align with our highest and greatest path and good and success and wealth and love and joy.
And so suddenly around you this beautiful gold bubble of light begins to form.
Activating the peace,
Activating the center.
Relaxing you,
Freeing you.
And just enjoying this now,
Trusting that all is well.
And now inviting the rest of your spiritual team to do their work,
Their healing for you and around you.
Anything else that is needed to relax your nervous system now to anchor you into a state of peace and protection.
There is nothing else you need to do now.
As we are going to begin the journey back.
So taking this time to maybe deepen your breath,
Expanding your awareness very slowly.
Scanning the body from head to toe.
Gently and slowly waking yourself back up.
