Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes.

Get yourself in a comfortable position and listen to my voice.

And as always,

Follow your breath,

Just taking a moment to settle in,

Relax and become present.

I invite you in this moment to surrender.

Surrender your thoughts,

Your worries,

Anything at all,

Your expectations.

And invite in a sense of presence,

Stillness and awareness.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

That's all there is needed in this moment.

Your breath.

Allowing your body to let go of the tension,

Of the stress,

Of the energies that it carries throughout the day.

Allowing your system to completely relax,

To be and not to have to carry or worry for you at this time.

And as you allow this relaxation to take place,

You now can begin to bring awareness within.

Amplify your energy,

Feeling your energy and bringing your attention to the things that normally you cannot.

And so taking your awareness now to your heart,

Asking your heart,

What does it need today?

How does it feel?

And bringing your awareness to your mind,

What are your thoughts like today?

What does your mind need from you today?

And now bring your awareness to your energy field,

To your aura.

Trusting your intuition here and just checking in with your aura and asking it,

What do you need today from me?

And we now call forth the angels to assist you today in healing,

In repairing and aligning you to your highest and greatest good today.

We give them full permission to assist you in this meditation,

In this resetting and reprogramming.

And so visualizing an emerald green light gently move down and connect to your aura.

This energy melts around your aura,

Cleansing,

Clearing,

Repairing and restoring your aura.

Feeling an immediate sense of peace,

Of repair,

Of support.

Feeling this energy surround you and repairing any gaps,

Any leaks,

Allowing you to feel protected and strong once again.

And now allowing that energy to move closer in into your body,

Touching your skin and repairing every cell on your body.

Allowing you to repair on a physical level.

And now allowing this energy to move through your skin,

Into your veins,

Connecting to your bloodstream.

Repairing,

Restoring,

Allowing your blood to heal now.

And seeing this beautiful emerald green energy move into your blood,

Through your blood,

Through your body.

Particles of green dancing around.

And now moving into your organs,

Your lungs,

Your liver,

Your stomach,

All and every part of you.

Seeing it enter your muscles and all the way now to your bones.

You are now one with this green energy,

Feeling the healing,

Feeling the blessing.

And through this connection you feel every part of you repair,

Restore.

Allowing you to feel a sense of peace,

An even deeper sense of peace.

And calm.

Allowing you now to feel secure in this body and in your energy.

And now calling in golden energy to align you with your manifestations,

With your highest self and your highest purpose.

And so slowly,

Slowly above you,

This green light changes to the color gold,

Uplifting your frequency and solidifying your energy.

Just taking a moment now to enjoy this,

To bathe in it.

And inviting in a sense of gratitude now for this energy that you have.

For this healing and for this moment right here,

Right now.

And if you like,

Now it's the time to set an intention.

And when you are ready,

You can begin to gently bring your awareness back to your body,

Back to your breath.

That golden light fades away as the healing is now complete and you're gently beginning to return back.

Take a few deep breaths in to wake up the body and wiggle your toes and your fingers,

Gently and slowly bring yourself back.

And when it feels right,

Open your eyes.
