Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes,

Get yourself in a comfortable position and follow your breath.

Today's meditation is designed to help you understand the energies that you may be carrying from the outside world.

The pain,

The suffering,

The lower frequencies that are all around us.

And as best as we try to protect ourselves we must first also accept that this is part of our reality.

But today we are going to process it and transform this negativity,

This suffering,

Into power.

And so taking a moment right now just to be aware of the things that do affect you.

Maybe it's something that you saw on the news,

The current events that are happening right now.

Maybe something you know is happening in another country,

A war.

What is it that you are aware of that affects you on a negative level?

And as you allow these emotions to rise to the surface,

Just taking a moment of compassion for yourself,

The fact that you are connected,

That you are aware and the fact that you actually care.

And now we invite your subconscious mind to reveal to you aspects,

Energies,

Thoughts,

Other events that you may not be aware of consciously but that subconsciously are affecting you.

And this is where you surrender,

This is where you trust.

We will sit in silence for a moment and just notice if anything does show up.

All right.

Now it's time to begin the healing process.

So I want you first to acknowledge that we are part of this suffering,

Whether we like it or not.

That the suffering is also a part of us.

Suppressing,

Disowning and denying it isn't the way to go.

But acknowledging it,

Doing better,

Being better and being the example for others.

Is key.

And so knowing this,

Reflecting upon what you have learned today,

How can you do better?

Where can you go from victim to victory?

What changes,

Actions can you take that can help you shift your reality,

Make you feel empowered?

Allow your intuition to guide you,

Listening to yourself and really taking a moment to face this,

To not run away but taking responsibility and accountability.

How can I improve this world,

My life and maybe someone else's life?

The changes you make don't have to be drastic.

It can be something very simple,

Very small.

But the point is to see it,

Acknowledge it,

Recognize it.

And do it.

When you understand your energy,

Your choices,

Your thoughts,

Your behaviors have an impact on others and your environment.

So what can you do to make your reality better?

And just taking a moment of gratitude for yourself,

For taking the time today to go within,

To reflect and to be aware.

We now invite your guides and your higher self to assist us today in this meditation to help you heal,

To help you restore your frequency,

Your energy and cleanse out any toxicity or heaviness that may be in your body that is causing pain,

Suffering,

Mental fogginess.

And visualizing a beautiful white light shine above you,

Surrounding you,

Surrounding the top of your head and moving down your body until you find yourself completely surrounded by this white light.

And just surrendering that pain,

That lower frequency,

The suffering to this light,

That lower frequency,

The suffering to this light.

Inviting it to help you heal,

To help you restore your energy,

Your mind,

Your body.

And trusting your intuition once again and inviting this light into parts of your body that need healing.

Trust yourself and once you know where you need healing the most,

Visualize this beautiful white light merging into your body and gently and lovingly removing that negativity.

We're going to stay in silence now for a little longer and just allowing this healing to take place.

I will return at the end of the meditation.

All right,

It's time to come back now.

So thanking yourself and thanking your guides and your higher self for their assistance today.

Trusting that throughout your day you will be healed,

You will be supported and you will be guided.

When you are ready you can begin to return,

Slowly expanding your awareness back into the space,

Back into your body.

Take your time.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.
