Hello everyone,
Welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin,
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Take a deep breath in and let it go,
Just releasing any tension,
Any stress,
Any worries.
And continue to do this for a few more breaths with the intention of letting go and just being present and bring yourself to a relaxed state as best as you can.
Today's meditation is designed to help you heal and forgive a part of you from your past.
There might be still habits,
Ingrained behaviors,
Thoughts,
Emotions in your subconscious mind that are very much attached to the past.
Sometimes we do not link the two,
We just feel like we're being reactive and other times we may be aware of this.
For instance,
You may be someone who feels a certain emotion over and over again and even though you may not have anything to react towards,
That emotion finds its way back up,
For instance like resentment or anger.
No matter what you do,
That anger and that resentment finds its way back to you time and time again.
This is often linked to subconscious unhealed patterns from your past.
And so I want you to take a moment now to think about what that pattern is.
Maybe it's insecurity,
Maybe it's negative self-talk,
Maybe it's anger,
Maybe it's fear,
Maybe it's anxiety,
Depression,
It doesn't matter.
But you know what that is for you.
And when you find it,
Connect to it,
Feel it,
Recognize it.
And so as you feel these emotions,
I want you to pay attention where in your body you are holding this frequency,
This energy.
So for instance,
As you focus,
You may feel a tightness in your chest or in your throat.
Or maybe you feel something around your hips,
Maybe you see something in your mind's eye.
You really need to trust your intuition here.
And if you cannot find anything,
Just place it in your heart then.
But I do encourage you to trust your intuition.
Now that you have found it,
I want you to visualize this energy,
This frequency,
This memory,
If you like,
To hold a certain color and shape.
Again,
If nothing comes to you,
Then just give it something,
Anything that you resonate with.
And once you find that,
I want you to reveal an energetic chord from that part of your body shooting outwards in front of you.
And this is connected to your past self.
Now you don't have to know exactly the time,
The age that this is connected to.
But again,
Project a younger version of yourself in front of you,
Connected to this chord,
Connected to this energy.
And as you see them,
Take a moment to just notice how they look,
What their energy feels like,
And maybe if memories and moments come up,
Just notice.
Now your subconscious mind is ready to heal this part of you and is ready to forgive this aspect of you.
But I want you to understand that you should never force forgiveness on yourself.
So trust what your mind is showing you.
And now that you are connected,
Now that you have made the connection,
It's time to release this.
I will speak on your behalf,
But I also invite you and encourage you to say your own words,
To have your own thoughts.
Dear younger self,
I know that you have been through so much,
And I understand the pain,
The frustration,
The emotions that you are feeling.
I am so sorry that I was not able to save you back then,
That I was not able to change the circumstances that you were living in,
Or that the people that loved you were not able to save you either.
Even though life is not fair,
You and I can change things now.
You and I can make a choice to declare who we wish to be.
You and I can choose to be empowered and can choose to no longer be a victim of this energy,
This event,
This memory.
And so today I choose to release this.
I choose to free my subconscious from this pattern,
From this energy.
So dear younger self,
I send you love and I choose to forgive you today.
I choose to forgive you for holding on to this.
Even though these emotions may have served you in the past,
They no longer serve me now.
And I know that you are trying to protect me,
Trying to shield me from being hurt again.
But I choose to claim and own myself now.
And so with love,
I choose to break this bond,
Set you free and unite us once again so that we can be a team.
And when you are ready,
I want you to grab that energetic cord with both of your hands.
And from the palms of your hands,
A white light begins to manifest.
This is a very powerful healing energy.
And that white light begins to wrap itself around that energetic cord.
And it extends until it reaches the younger version of you.
Once it reaches them,
It enters their body where that energy is held and gently and slowly begins to remove that energy,
Healing the younger version of you.
Once that energy is completely removed,
That cord begins to shrink and get weaker and weaker.
And slowly,
Slowly that energetic cord begins to disappear until it completely fades away.
And suddenly now,
You see a beautiful white light shine above that younger version of you as your guides and your spiritual team assist them in continuing their healing process.
Allowing them to find their peace.
And now,
I invite you to place your hands above that part of your body where you felt that energy.
And once again,
That white light from the palms of your hand enter that part of your body.
And I want you now to continue breathing through this healing process as you see that white light seep into and through that energy,
Healing it,
Restoring it,
Repairing it.
And now we declare,
Today I set myself free and today I claim my power back.
I no longer am a victim of my past and I choose to walk my present and my future as the highest healed version of myself.
And so it is and so it shall be for the highest and greatest good of all.
And suddenly now,
Above you,
The celestial light appears and your spiritual team is also assisting you in this timeline to heal,
Restore and repair.
And taking a moment of gratitude,
Saying thank you.
And gently and slowly now,
That beautiful celestial light fades away as the healing is finally complete.
And you can rest your hands if you haven't already and slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your body,
Gently and very slowly bringing yourself back from this meditation.
Slowly beginning to expand your awareness back into the space.

When it feels right,
