Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
When you're ready close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and listen to my voice.
Today's meditation is designed to help you discover and create an alter ego.
A part of you that can give you that energy,
That power,
That motivation,
That force.
The part of you that is superhuman.
If you think about it many celebrities or powerful people have an alter ego.
And they call them forth,
They tap in and tune into that version of themselves whenever they need assistance.
And so you too have the power to do this.
You have the power to create and call forth your alter ego.
And so let's begin by thinking about what you need your alter ego for.
Let's just say that you are shy and you need your alter ego to give you the confidence,
The strength to be in front of people,
To speak up and to be seen.
Or let's just say that you're a very fearful person and you need your alter ego to be strong,
Powerful and brave.
Or let's just say that you're struggling financially and you need your alter ego to think from a place of wealth,
Of confidence,
Of abundance.
Or let's just say you're suffering from an illness and you need your alter ego to be the embodiment of health,
Of healing,
Of strength.
And so take a moment to think about what it is that you need.
Where in your life do you feel that you need this assistance?
Where you feel weak,
Powerless,
Fearful?
And so as you breathe in,
As you breathe out,
Take a moment to really be honest with yourself.
Feel the energy of this alter ego.
Feel the assistance.
How can they truly transform your life and you?
And so now we call forth the assistance of your spiritual team,
Your guides and your angels to step forward to channel to you and through you energies,
Frequencies,
Light and blessings.
We invite them today to assist you in the creation,
In the manifestation of this alter ego now.
And so suddenly around you now visualize a beautiful purple light forming,
A circle of purple,
Powerful light.
This energy is activating and healing.
Feel that frequency surround you and activate your own energy,
Creating an energetic vortex.
As you feel surrounded by this energy,
You begin to feel more and more centered and calm.
You feel as though you are being supported and loved.
And so I invite you to just relax into it,
To just allow it to do its magic as you surrender and open up.
Giving yourself permission to trust the process and to surrender to your spiritual team.
You don't have to do this alone.
And so from above now visualizing a white energetic cord gently entering from the top of your head,
Moving down into you,
Connecting to your third eye.
This energetic cord wraps itself around your third eye,
Allowing you to activate your third eye,
Your inner vision,
Your intuition,
Your inner knowing.
This energy is cleansing and clearing your chakra,
Cleansing and clearing your third eye,
Allowing you to have clarity of vision,
Allowing you to see the truth with clear intention.
We now call forth the alter ego.
We invite them to step forward and to reveal themselves to us now.
And when you are ready,
See your alter ego appear before you.
They show up in the form as you,
But a little different.
And so knowing what they represent now,
Begin to see the features,
The details that are different to you.
For instance,
What are they wearing?
What is the costume,
If you like,
That represents their power,
Their divinity,
Their sacredness?
Do they hold objects,
Jewelry,
Crystals?
And what is their superpower?
What is it that they have that makes them powerful and unique?
And so see them activate that frequency,
See them begin to glow in their aura.
Their aura has a very special color.
What is that color or colors?
And so visualize those energies surround them and activate and know what that means to you,
Know how that makes you feel.
And now ask them,
What is your name?
What is your name?
It may take some time for you to find it,
So do not stress if it does not come to you right now.
Just trust that with time it will.
But if you did find it,
Then remember it.
Call upon them every time you need their assistance,
Their energy,
Their guidance.
And so now they place their hands above your heart connecting to you.
Taking a moment now.
And as they look into your eyes,
They swear to honor you,
To be by your side and to be of service to you.
That they will be here whenever you call.
And so all you need to do is to call upon them.
That is your promise to them.
Take a moment to acknowledge them,
Take a moment of gratitude for this amazing,
Amazing blessing.
And when you are ready,
It's time to merge,
It's time to unite.
And so gently stepping forward as they step forward into you,
Becoming one and feeling the power of their frequency,
Their energy,
Their light in you.
And now seeing and feeling that aura,
That frequency surround you,
Activate you,
You becoming them and them becoming you.
As you feel this energy,
As you become it,
Just take a moment of gratitude once again.
Allowing yourself to enjoy the power,
The healing and the love.
And as you are in this frequency now,
Take a moment to ask yourself a question.
Maybe there is something that you need assistance with right now,
That you need guidance with.
So allow them to guide you,
To help you.
When you are ready,
It's time to begin to come back.
So know and remind yourself that they are always there with you now.
Take a moment to begin to expand your awareness outwards as all of those energies and frequencies gently fade away.
That beautiful white cord,
That purple energy that surrounds you,
All return back to their original sources.
And now you can begin to deepen your breath in and out,
In and out,
Gently returning back to your body.
Beginning to feel the temperature of the air on your skin,
Becoming aware of your surroundings.
And slowly,
Slowly wiggling your toes and your fingers.
Take your time to come back,
But when it feels right,
Open your eyes.
