Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel Whenever you're ready close your eyes,
Get yourself in a comfortable position and listen to my voice Today's meditation is designed to help you activate sacred frequencies and energies within you We are going to work with extraterrestrial beings These beings are here to essentially help you understand yourself,
Humanity and energy And so,
Settling in,
Breathing and trusting the process today Letting go of expectations,
Of limiting beliefs and just trusting Trusting that there are forces unseen that work beyond the veil to help you,
To assist you,
That want you to succeed and discover who you really are And so,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Letting go,
Trusting,
Allowing And so,
Before we begin I want you to essentially make a mental note of where you are in the world physically,
Maybe think of your address,
Your home,
Your location This is essentially letting the beings know where you are And now,
Inviting in their guidance,
Their help,
Surrendering completely to limiting beliefs once again And trusting And so,
Today we activate our energy portal,
Inviting in these beings and only allowing beings that have the highest and purest intention Our intention is to elevate our frequency,
Activate our subconscious,
To connect to the sacred secrets of our mind,
Of humanity and of this reality Allowing us to work with the matrix so that we can manifest,
Create the life that we truly desire And so,
With your breath now beginning to feel the connection and visualizing a beautiful energetic light above you,
A beautiful soft green color And just feeling that energy wash over you like a beautiful spotlight washing over your body And feeling your energy gently moving outside of your body,
Moving into this portal,
This light Feeling yourself being taken somewhere special,
Somewhere unique And as you travel through this portal,
You begin to feel a sense of peace and relaxation,
As you are completely safe We are working with beings of the highest and purest intention that want to help humanity And slowly,
Slowly beginning to feel yourself arrive at a very special place As you find yourself sitting inside a beautiful crystal,
Relaxed and centered This is a powerful crystal and you can see the beings on the outside,
Standing there You can feel them welcome you,
You can sense their thoughts and their energy And as you are here now,
Letting them know why you are here Maybe there is something in your life right now that you wish to reprogram,
To heal,
To transform Maybe you wish to understand something about humanity and receive guidance and information Whatever it may be,
Now take some time to visualize the very thing that you need help with Just by visualizing,
Just by thinking about it,
They are receiving the information And so they begin to work on you,
On your energy And you can see them placing their hands upon this crystal in certain areas of the crystal And lights begin to activate around it As they do this,
Energies and energetic cords begin to attach to your body,
To your mind,
To your energy field And frequencies and lights everywhere surrounding you And so you just receive now,
You just allow,
You just trust the process And if you receive any information or guidance,
Just listen And now within this crystal,
You close your eyes and begin to see patterns and shapes and geometrical forms As your mind now is being rewired to align with this very desire This allows you to think,
Feel and activate your mind in alignment with what it is that you wish to manifest with your intention Bringing a sense of ease,
Of flow,
It becomes natural to you now,
Moving forward And so continue to visualize these shapes,
These colors,
These forms in your mind No matter how abstract this may feel,
Just let it be there,
As it is,
For what it is And as you do this,
Just taking a moment of gratitude as well And finally those shapes are done,
And the crystal begins to pulsate in a beautiful white light Sealing in this new codes,
This new programming You can feel this light pulsate on your skin,
You can feel it shifting you from the inside out And before you return back,
Is there anything else that you need to ask,
You need to understand or wish to receive?
And so now the beings once again place their hands on this crystal and that beautiful pulsating white light fades down You are just floating now inside this crystal peacefully And just taking a moment to scan your energy,
Your body,
Feeling the shift,
Seeing yourself change There is a sense of peace and empowerment and activation right now You know you are different,
You know you have been upgraded And so once again you close your eyes as you begin to feel yourself drift away That beautiful crystal fades away in that reality as if you're falling back into that light Falling back into that beautiful green energy Gently and slowly returning back to your body And as you travel back,
Once again just reflecting upon anything that you have learnt And now beginning to feel yourself return back into your body as if you're merging back into this physical vessel Reconnecting with your breath,
Reconnecting with you And once again re-scanning your body,
Just noticing any shifts,
Any changes And beginning to deepen your breath now,
Beginning to feel the temperature of the air on your skin Slowly and gently now expanding your awareness outwards Feeling the close on your body and when it feels right you can begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers Gently and slowly returning back and whenever it feels right,
