Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Get yourself in a comfortable position and when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Take a few deep breaths,
Just give yourself this moment to be present and relaxed.
Breathing in and breathing out and surrendering with each breath.
Just giving yourself permission to let go and to embrace this moment,
Embrace the stillness and the quiet.
We spend so much time telling ourselves that we're not enough,
That it will never happen,
That we're too old,
Too skinny,
Too fat,
Too this,
Too that,
Not enough of this,
Not enough of that.
And so I want you to just be aware of where you're placing your energy and your thoughts.
And I want you now to think,
What if I used that time and energy to feed my soul,
To align it with my desires and to pull myself up as opposed to push myself down.
What if one day I just decided to change,
To change my mindset,
To change the way I think,
To become and embody the best version of myself.
And what would happen?
What would change in my life?
And so I want you to take a moment now just to really think about how you speak to yourself and why you have resistance towards speaking kindly and lovingly towards yourself.
Maybe it's something that you've learned,
Maybe something that you accepted,
Maybe it motivates you.
Whatever it is,
Just be honest,
Just look at it for what it is,
No judgment,
Just observing.
And so,
Today we're going to change all of the negatives into positives.
If you change your mind,
You change your reality.
And so we're going to follow through with some affirmations today and some energy healing and reprogramming.
Are you ready?
We now invite your higher self to step forward,
To channel energies and frequencies to you and through you that will uplift your energy,
Your mind,
Your heart and your spirit.
We call forth energies and frequencies that align with your highest self and your highest path to purify your mind and your body and your soul from negativity.
We invite healing,
Love,
Blessings,
Abundance and joy into your energy and frequency now.
And saying yes to all of it,
Accepting it,
Embracing it,
Opening yourself up to it completely.
And visualizing a beautiful soft light gently surround you,
Moving around you and gently seeping into your skin and your cells.
Allowing this frequency now to move in you and through you.
This energy is recharging and reprogramming your DNA,
So just enjoy it.
And as this healing happens,
We're going to say some affirmations.
If you find one that resonates with you strongly,
