Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Beginning to slow down your breath and just be as present as you can in this moment.
I want you now to breathe in on the count of 4 and exhale on the count of 6.

Returning your breath to its natural rhythm and just feeling your breath.
Just being with it.
And now inviting in the energy of the universe to assist you today.
To activate you and your energy and your chakras.
Suddenly above you,
You see a white light swirling down,
Down,
Down.
This light reaches the top of your head,
It begins to move down your body,
Clearing and cleansing your energy,
Your chakras.
Inviting now this frequency to assist us in reprogramming our subconscious.
Anything that we know is causing fear,
Trauma and anxiety in our system.
Inviting this powerful frequency to be activated,
To activate our energy and frequency,
Clearing and cleansing,
Uplifting and shifting.
And just observing,
Just being with it,
Just sitting with it and trusting that this healing is taking place.
Inviting and being open and receptive,
Opening your heart,
Opening your mind and opening your energy.
And going back to your breath now,
Returning back to the body,
Feeling your body once again.
We're going to do the breaths again,

And now bringing your focus back to that light,
To that frequency that is in and around you now and taking a moment to connect with it again,
To be with it.
And now inviting this light,
This frequency to do further healing on you,
If there is anything specific that you wish to heal,
To reprogram or unprogram,
Invite this light to do so now.
And just opening your heart,
Your mind and your energy to this shift,
Completely surrendering,
Allowing and inviting.
And finally bring your attention back to your breath,
Just feeling it now,
Just remembering,
Reconnecting as that light gently and slowly fades away now,
As the healing is now complete.
