Enjoy a walk among wildflowers in this guided imagery meditation. Follow your intuition to listen to what the earth has to say. In what ways are the wildflowers calling you? Which ones will choose you and how can they heal you?

Transcript

Start by taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling slowly out through your mouth.

Gently close your eyes and place one hand over your heart and take another deep breath in through your nose.

Hold for a moment at the top of your breath and then exhale slowly out through your mouth releasing tension.

One more deep breath.

This time as you exhale feeling your muscles relax and letting go of anything that you've been holding on to today or this week or this month.

Just letting that fall down into the earth.

And imagine that you're walking through a field,

A field of wildflowers.

It's the perfect temperature.

Gentle breeze and feeling the warm sun on your skin.

Just notice what kind of flowers are around.

What do they look like?

Maybe you know already which flowers they are.

Maybe they're new.

Noticing how tall they're growing.

And in this moment allowing the wildflowers to call you to them.

Allowing them to draw you in,

Pull you closer.

Maybe you notice one flower standing out that's pulling you in.

Maybe it's multiple.

Go to that flower or those flowers.

And listen to what they have to say and how they would like to be used by you.

So maybe you're ingesting them or placing them on a spot on your body.

Or just smelling them.

Just trusting whatever you're being drawn to do and do that.

And you can have more than one flower drawing you in and asking you to do something different than the next.

Or you might just work with one flower today.

It doesn't matter.

There's no right or wrong and there's no choice better than another.

The main thing is that these flowers or this flower is offering you its healing properties.

Taking a moment and asking the flower its name if you need to.

Or if there's anything else you'd like to ask of it or that this flower would like to share with you.

Taking a moment to say thank you to this flower,

These flowers for their gifts today.

And now imagining that you're barefoot on the earth and feeling really grounded and connected with the earth.

And feeling your connection with spirit.

Feeling that light coming down and connecting in so you feel balanced with earth and spirit.

And take a deep breath.

Start to bring your awareness back into your body.

You can start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

And whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
