Hi,

This is Ashley with a message from Dove along with a mini meditation to go with it.

If you would like a customized animal reading,

One that's specifically for you,

Please feel free to reach out.

Okay,

So Dove represents peace and I'm also getting prosperity.

And with prosperity,

It's more than just monetary or with money.

Dove is asking you to think bigger with this situation.

So prosper in all ways of your life.

So not just money,

But where else do you are,

You know,

Can you succeed?

Dove is coming in with that for you,

That message and helping you,

Or not even helping you,

It feels more like a blessing.

So if Dove is showing up right now for you,

It's more of a blessing of peace and prosperity.

And another interesting thing about Dove is that,

Or Doves in general,

They're like same with pigeons,

But there are,

There's a certain type of Dove that can find its way home,

Like from very,

Very far away.

And so that's another message that's coming through is that if you're feeling lost or away from yourself,

Like part of your soul is somewhere else from something traumatic happening where you've maybe like disassociated a little bit,

Dove is helping you find your way back home to yourself.

And that could be even like disconnecting with someone in your family,

Someone that feels like home to you.

So whatever's like coming up for you right away is where the message is for you.

So Dove represents peace,

Prosperity,

And finding your way home.

And we'll go ahead and start the meditation.

So find somewhere comfortable where you can sit or lie down.

And then close your eyes.

And start with taking a big deep breath in through your nose,

Holding for a moment at the top and exhaling slowly out through your mouth.

Just releasing all the tension from today,

From the week.

And just letting that go down into the earth.

Just take a few more of those deep breaths,

As many as you need right now,

Just to kind of come back into your body.

Relax your shoulders.

Notice if your jaw is tense,

Unclench it if it is.

Your neck.

And begin to imagine that Dove is with you.

She's flown over and is by your side.

And she's offering right now a blessing of peace.

Just imagine that.

Filling up your entire body.

Feeling that peace within you,

Within your heart,

Within your nervous system,

Within your muscles,

Within your skeletal structure.

Feel that peace in your blood system.

Feel it in your skin.

In all of your organs.

Just feel it in every cell of your body.

And now that it's filled your entire body,

Go ahead and take flight with Dove.

And she's going to bring you to where you can prosper more in your life.

She's going to take you on a little journey.

So just follow her flying through the air.

And allow her to show you the different areas of your life.

Or maybe it's just one area right now where you can prosper.

Trusting wherever she's taking you and trusting whatever she's showing you.

And also allowing her to drop a little blessing in that area of your life or those areas of your life.

Let me bring my five-year-old up to thine altar over me into that direction.

Seven minutes,

That would be a lot to spend.

And as she's showing you these different parts,

Before you begin to head back,

I'm going to go out and find she's going to help you.

All the different parts of your soul and parts of you that have gone in other directions.

She's going to help you find these parts of yourself and bring them home,

Bring them back to you.

Where she's leading you and following her.

To these parts of yourself that have split off during times of trauma,

During times of grief or loss.

Or whatever the occasion was.

And going out and finding them if you need to.

Feeling yourself home.

As you finish gathering all these parts of yourself,

Flying back now,

To yourself,

Whole and complete.

All of you.

Going back to your physical body.

And take a moment to say thank you to her,

To Dove for blessing you and for helping you come home to yourself.

And knowing that you are a safe space.

It's safe to be in your body.

As you bring your awareness back into your body,

Continue to feel that peace within.

Notice how different parts of your life are prospering.

And notice how you start to feel more complete and whole.

And taking a deep breath in.

And you can start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Maybe stretch a little bit.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
