You you Good morning as you are waking up connect with your body Notice your body's position Notice any sensations of touch or pressure If you can Just gently roll on your back and expand your arms and legs With a lot of awareness Lightly stretch one of your legs from your toes To your Legs and stretch the other leg And relax Put the stretch in one of your arms Softly starting at your fingertips All the way to your shoulder And now stretch your other arm And relax Gently move and stretch your hips Your lower back And your upper back Relax and pose to connect with the present moment And pose to connect with the present moment And relax Without moving your body do a quick body scan bring awareness to your feet Your legs Your hips Your torso Your hands and arms And your head Smooth your brow relax your jaw Invite a smile on your face And open your eyes Gazing softly in the space in front of you Without focusing on anything in particular bring your awareness to your breath Take a moment to notice the journey of the breath through your body Bring to your heart appreciation for the roof above your head and for the bed where you can rest your body Ask yourself how do you feel?

Do you feel tired or well rested grumpy or joyful?

Whatever the answer greet yourself with kindness and awareness Bring the attitude of calm kindness and curiosity to the day which lies ahead of you Feel your heart with calm kindness and curiosity Today is your greatest gift You can only live truly in the present moment Trust yourself that you will manage well whatever comes your way Now get up and enjoy this day Thank you for watching
