This guided meditation encourages your newborn baby and you, a new parent, to fall asleep and rest at the end of the day. It can be used to set the mood or to build a nighttime routine. The track contains simple sounds to avoid overload of your baby's developing brain. In the background, resounding vibrations of a singing bowl are intermixed with a sequence of beats imitating the heartbeat that your baby was listening to in the womb.
