Hello and welcome.

Thank you so much for showing up to give yourself the gift of self-love and self-care.

I invite you to find a place and a space that is most comfortable for you.

Maybe you'd like to close your eyes.

Maybe you would like some headphones.

Whatever feels best in this moment,

In this place,

And within the space that you are in.

There's no right or wrong.

This is your journey.

We'll bring our awareness as we settle here into this present moment to our breath.

And we take a big long inhale in,

Filling full.

When you're ready,

Sighing it out.

Another breath in,

Filling full.

Sighing it out.

Last one here,

Biggest fullest breath of the day.

And sighing it out when you are ready.

Each inhale provides us with the expansion,

With the space,

With the awareness.

Each exhale allows us to release and let go with intention.

Long,

Full,

Deep breaths in,

Filling full.

When you are ready,

You exhale completely out.

Our breath is like the waves kissing the shore.

Rolling in and then drawing back out.

Rolling in and drawing back out.

Continue with that rhythmic breath,

Allowing yourself to fully soften and relax the body.

Feeling any tension and tightness within the jaw and the neck,

Allowing the shoulders to relax and softening the entire face,

The brow,

The tongue floating in the mouth,

The heart center,

The chest is open to receive.

The belly rises and falls with the inhale and the exhale.

And if you'd like,

Take these next few minutes to slowly breathe in,

Around,

And through your hips,

Your pelvis,

Your groin area.

Imagining the tailbone,

Creating roots deep into the core of Mother Earth,

Anchoring,

Supporting and nurturing you with unconditional love.

Continue with that breath.

Long,

Full,

Deep inhales and the equal and opposite exhales.

Imagining that you're on a sandy beach near the seashore.

The sun is shining and there's a gentle breeze.

There's sounds of children laughter and playing in the distance.

And every once in a while,

You can hear a bird.

The water sparkles with the reflection of the sun.

And the waves provide a rhythmic vibration similar to your breath.

The inhale and the exhale.

Feel the warmth on your skin as the sun creates a beautiful fire within,

Connects to and strengthens the power and the perseverance.

Allow this fire to release,

To burn,

And to transform what is no longer needed.

What is not yours.

And anything that you would like to let go of.

Breathe into these spaces and these places within your physical body,

Within your energetic body,

Within your auric body.

Breathe into all the spaces in between.

Breathe into this present moment.

Connecting to the future,

Connecting to the past,

Connecting within all of the dimensions and levels of consciousness.

The balance of the element of fire and the element of water creating the dance,

The healing.

The water soothing and softening and the fire transmuting and transmitting into the new.

Wash it away with your breath.

Breathe into the expansiveness,

Into the limitless possibilities.

Connect to the infinite being that you are,

The light,

The love,

The truth,

The beauty,

And the kindness.

Breathe into the entire universe that resides in this moment,

In this breath within you.

Breathe into the entire universe that resides in this moment,

In this breath within you.

Receive.

Believe.

Embrace.

Accept.

Empower.

Integrate.

Integrate.

Empower.

You are exactly where you need to be.

You are whole and complete and you are enough.

You are magic and you have medicine to share.

Your being is enough.

Bringing the breath and the awareness back into this present moment.

Once again,

Connecting the mind,

The body,

And the spirit.

Exhaling fully,

Expansively,

And completely to the tips of the toes and the fingers and everywhere in between before exhaling it out.

Another long,

Full,

Deep inhale.

And when you are ready,

Exhale it completely out.

Take as long as you need to open your eyes,

Make some movement.
