Transcript

Bringing your awareness to your breath.

As you take an inhale into your body,

Filling full slowly and deeply,

Elongating with an equal and opposite exhale.

Your next breath cycle,

Notice if there's any areas of your body that are holding some tension,

Some tight,

A little discomfort maybe.

See if you can stop it.

Staying present,

Becoming the observer.

Feeling the backside of the body,

Back of the shoulder blades,

Back calves,

Back of the heels,

Backs of the arms,

Backside of the glutes,

The back of the head.

Soften and allowing Mother Earth to support you.

Soering into the knowing that you are supported,

You are held,

And you are rooted strong.

The breath connects you and Mother Earth,

That beautiful exchange of energy.

Gently releasing.

Slowly softening the body even more.

Inhaling fully.

Exhaling completely.

Bringing your awareness to your heart.

Breathing into the spaces.

Breathing into the love and the light that you are.

And giving yourself permission to be open to receive the healing,

The light codes,

Any DNA activations in remembering the Jonathan and his highest good.

Breathe.

And soften.

And allow.

And as your heart expands that beautiful love and light beyond yourself,

Beyond this room,

You are able to reach into that gratitude and bliss,

The joy,

The peace that is always with it.

Each exhale that peace,

That joy,

That bliss connects you,

Mother Earth.

Source energy.

Your heart center.

Your breath.

Your breath.

Bake it.

Bake it.

Inhaling full,

Long,

Deep inhales.

Exhaling.

Allowing the breath to enter into the spaces and the places of the body.

Breaking yourself up.

Adding any movement that you may like.

Slow,

Gentleness.

Still fully subverted.

Sending the breath to the back side of the body.

Not the awareness.

Making any other movements and or rolling onto the side if you choose.

Because it is your body and your practice.

Connecting to that vibration of gratitude,

Joy,

Bliss.

The intention that you set.

When you're full and complete,

You're going to answer everything you need as friend with it.
