Allow yourself to arrive fully in this present moment. The breath, Our life force, Entering and exiting our body. Breathing in those big, Deep, Expansive inhales. Releasing what no longer serves. Another breath in, Filling full. And releasing and letting go what no longer serves. Continue with your breath here, Knowing that Mother Earth is here to support and love you and also take anything that is not that love and transfer it, Transmute it, Mulch it up and create the beauty that we see. The birds, The butterflies, The trees, The flowers, The clouds, The ocean, The animals. The two and four legged and the finned and the fur, The creepy crawlers. Mother Earth shares the same heartbeat and the same rhythms that we do. Her vibration and our vibration can become one. Breathe into your heart, My friends. Connecting to the gratitude and the frequency of unconditional love that is you and flows through you and every being on this planet, Every living thing. We are all vibrating in unconditional love. Setting an intention. Allowing yourself to receive the healing and the blessings. Bringing our body back into homeostasis and balance. Keeping your awareness at your heart and your breath.
