How to forgive oneself?
What should be done in order to get rid of the guilt feeling that sometimes knows many of us so much?
Which excuses should be found for our actions,

My dear friend.
To make the practice more efficient,
We will start by withdrawing deep into ourselves with the help of breathing.
After all,
Observation over our breathing is the guide to an alpha level,
Which is a healthier and more useful condition of the body and mind than usual.
Now I will submerge you in a meditative state,
Bordering between sleep and wake.
It would be better if you hear everything I say to the very end.
Take a comfortable position and gently wink your eyes.
Take a deep breath,
And when you exhale,
Feel your body immersing into a pleasant and relaxed state.
To help you to immerse even deeper,
I will gently guide you to a physical relaxation of your body.
Feel the scalp under your hair relaxing,
Spreading out with pleasant streams like circles on the water.
Feel this sense of relaxation softly going down your face,
Passing your nose,
Cheeks,
Lips and chin.
Feel all your head,
Even your thoughts,
Immersing into deep relaxation.
After that,
Other parts of your body getting completely relaxed.
Your arms from shoulders to fingertips,
Back of your torso from your nape down to waist,
And front part of your torso from chin to your underbelly.
Completely relax your legs.
Feel this sense of relaxation flowing down from your buns to the very tips of your toes.
Keep on breathing evenly and deeply,
Watching your every breath in and out,
Breaking free from estimations of past experiences and expectations of the future.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Your consciousness,
Like water surface,
Becomes calm,
Settled,
Peaceful.
Watch your breath become a fresh flux of air,
Penetrating deep into your body and coming out back.
Now you are in a deep and pleasant state of body and mind.
Take one more deep breath and slowly exhale.
Let images appear and just watch.
Imagine you are standing in an unknown place with a thick light-tight blindfold on.
You can only distinguish smells and sounds.
What do you hear?
What do you smell?
Just then you felt that someone slowly began to untie your blindfold.
Now you opened your eyes and understood that you are standing in the middle of the hall and the walls of this hall were cycle-wise made of mirrors.
And that's why wherever you look around,
You can only see reflection everywhere.
What do you feel now?
How do you see yourself in the reflection now?
Turn around a few times,
Looking in the eye of your reflection.
Put out your hand and make a step in any direction.
Now another one and another.
And stop as soon as you come closer,
At a distance of a few centimeters from the mirror to your fingertips.
See hundreds of you also reach out their hand to you.
There is no sign of reproach or accusation in their eyes.

Each of them is peering into your eyes with warmth and love.
Because they are your eyes.

What kind of situation or person caused such attitude toward yourself?
Experience it right now,
No matter how hard it is.
Get through it again,
Only so that next time recollections about it touch you to the heart in no way again.
You can go through it the way you think it's necessary now.
You can cry,
Move around,
Move hands or do anything else that won't harm you,
Of course.
Recall,
Get through it,
That's it,
Enough.
You have been tormented and have suffered for long thinking.
Get guilt at the best way to prove to the world that you understood everything.
Unfortunately,
It doesn't work like that.
Agree that the past is dead and everything happened exactly as it happened and no other way.
There is only today which will cause your tomorrow.
Admit that it's much more important than blaming yourself for something that happened at that time.
Take a deep breath,
Exhale and opening your eyes in your imagination again,
See no longer mirrors but leaving yourselves around,
As many as you can imagine,
And they all tell you that nothing is your fault.
Everything happened exactly as it happened and just couldn't be in a different way.
And everybody's eyes radiate love and warmth.
Now they are going to meet you,
Holding you very tightly,
Merging with you,
Giving you strength and confidence in the future at the same time.
Feel how you change,
Becoming stronger and more confident.
Now you are the last one to merge with yourself.
