The morning meditation is like a cup of invigorating coffee,
Like a breath of fresh air after a cramped room,
Like an energy boost for the whole day ahead.
I offer you to devote these 10 minutes to diving into yourself,
Because the power of meditation is a true magic.
First off,
Make sure that nothing interferes you from this journey deep into yourself.
Take a comfortable position,
Whether it's lying or sitting.
If you are lying,
Take a pillow away from under your head.
Lay your hands along your body,
With palms outwards.
If you are sitting in a pose for meditation,
Strengthen your back,
Draw your hind leg back and tilt down your head,
Like you clutch an invisible cherry with your chin.
Bend your tongue in two and send it to palate.
Your shoulders are lowered,
Your blade bones are flowing down,
Your chest is strengthened.
Your collarbones look like smiling.
You lay your hands in any way you like,
On your knees,
One upon the other,
Or in front of you with your fingers locked.
Take some deep respirations,
Breathe easily and relaxedly.
There is only you and your breathing.
Don't try to control it,
Count it,
Or support it with any visual images.
Just perceive how you inhale smoothly,
Becomes an exhale and back.
Inhale and exhale.
Your body is unique and powerful.
The Almighty created it in his own image and likeness,
That it could live forever.
And it's up to you to make it serving you loyally and faithfully for years and years.
So serve it too.
And for this purpose,
You will immerse into the deeper and healthier state of mind,
Which is quite benignant for the organism and all its systems.

Concentrate your attention at your top,
Where the babies have the soft spot.
Feel the sensations flowing down on your hairy skull,
Like circles on the water.
Relax your scalp under your hair.
Now move your attention to your face by passing and relaxing step by step your forehead,
Eyebrows,
Eyelids,
Nose,
Cheeks and chin.
Move it back to ears,
Let them completely relax and smoothly move your attention to your neck,
Shoulders,
Elbows,
Wrists,
Hands,
Fingers.
Feel the maximum relaxation in them.
Relax your chest,
Your stomach.
Now focus your attention to your back,

Feel this healthy and benignant deeper state of mind.
Now your body is completely relaxed.

Imagine various conciliating pictures.

Like the place where you feel completely comfortable and safe,
Sunny beach,
Blossoming garden,
Forest glade filled with bird songs and voice of the stream.
Feel like being in this marvelous place,
Will devote some time to it.
Take a deep breath in and out.
And while breathing quietly and without haste,
Move your mind's eye to your top.
On a pure mind we plant the seeds of matter,
A loving kindness.
To wake this state of soul,
You can use visual images,
The ones that cause a feel of tenderness.
It may be small kittens or puppies,
Or natural phenomena like a campfire,
Rainbow,
Dawn.
You feel the smile touching your lips,
And your body is filled with quivering,
Vibrations,
Waves or sensations you cannot explain.
Feel the matter filling your body like a vessel.
And with every respiration it becomes stiffer and stiffer.
It gradually goes beyond your body and goes on filling all the space around you,
Like a cocoon made of white and gold light.
And now all your room is flooded with this light.
Feel this warm,
Tender and loving light taking over the whole building you are in now.
It doesn't stop and goes on filling your district,

Country,
A continent,
Our whole planet.
Just imagine and feel this golden white light of kindness flowing from your heart,
Flooding the whole galaxy.
The whole universe.
Perceive yourself in this sensation for some time.

The Universe,
Your Angels and feel the blessing in your heart.

Speaking and feeling.

All your meetings,
Calls,
Expectations,
Especially the situations which outcome is of your earnest concern.
