Let this feeling fill your calves,
A sense of burden,
Warmth and slackness.
Feel your body relaxing deeper and deeper.
It's becoming completely relaxed,

Heavy.
Now direct your attention inwards,
Deeper inwards,
To find your true identity.
Start from reflections on your values.
What's the most important in your life?
What do you cherish most?
The values you are thinking about form the part of your identity.
Because your values are the only things that have always been determining your behavior,
And they always will.
For example,
If you appreciate honesty,
You'll be striving to be honest with yourself and other people.
If the family is your core value,
Then perhaps you try to spend the time with your family as often as possible.
Perceive the way your values have a bearing upon your everyday life.
And now think about other things that make you the way you are.
Appropriation of your true identity stipulates the perception of who you really are.
Your true identity is your true self,
A person you really want,
Can and ought to be.
Now we'll do an exercise.
Imagine a person you believe yourself to be right now.
It doesn't matter much if you are not quite sure who you are.
Just imagine that you do the things you usually do throughout the day.
Imagine you are watching yourself.
You watch yourself doing your routines.
Imagine you are waking up in the morning.
You are spending your day.
Imagine you are doing it throughout a usual day.
Watch the way you do it.
Imagine this person,
Yourself,
Standing in the empty room.
Imagine you are watching this person.
Keep watching over him.
Now imagine that you can rid of everything that holds you back in your life.
Imagine your self-doubt vanishing like the smoke,
Rolling away like a cloud,
And your being changed with confidence and trustability.
Imagine this person in this room changing and becoming exactly the one you want.
This person is you.
Change your self.
Transform yourself as you think fit.
When you feel the transformation process is over,
Imagine your new self behaving in real life with these new features.
Imagine it continuing to live with its own life,
But in a bit different way.
How can these new features and abilities transform your new life?
How do these new features affect your professional activities,
Your behavior,
The way you dress up,
Pass your leisure time and other things?
Make sure you like the things you see.
When you'll be able to see your new self from a distance and make sure that's exactly what you want,
You need with this new image of yourself,
Become one with it.
Feel these new abilities inside.
In your arms.
In your legs.
In your heart.
In your consciousness.
Feel your posture,
Way of thinking,
Muscle toners,
Glare changing.
Remember this state.
You've become stronger.
The time has come to come back and finish this exercise.
Move your fingers.
Wake them up.
Move your toes.
Let your feet and legs wake up.
Feel your muscles waking up.
And feel your body filling with energy.
You may get back to your routines feeling calm and confident,
In contact with your true identity.
