Welcome to guided meditations with Kevin Karras and SIR Music.
During today's guided practice,
We'll be reflecting on the stories we've come to believe about ourself,
Allowing time to notice both the thoughts as well as the feelings associated with these.
And as we allow space to fully feel,
Just allow empathy and compassion,
And then introduce a gentle breathing practice to really solidify space.
So as you get settled in here,
Let's begin.
Begin to connect with whatever thoughts are naturally arising in your mind.
These could be thoughts about your day,
This week,
Your life circumstances.
Just notice what's there.
Just allowing space for whatever thoughts,
Knowing that this is a safe space to really bring them to the forefront of your consciousness.
And once you just become aware of whatever thoughts are with you,
And start to notice as well what accompanying sensations you may notice in your body.
And then,
Seeing the temperature of the body,
Any physical sensations,
And really allow yourself to tune into what it is that you're feeling.
And if you find yourself resisting any of these feelings,
Just truly allow yourself to be with them.
And we allow ourselves to feel.
We know that our thoughts and feelings matter.
It creates a space.
Space to accept what truly is.
Feel your breath begin to deepen.
Feeling in the element of air and space.
And the power of one minute of deep breathing.
Just continuing your deep breath.
