Thank you, Matthew🙏🏻 I came to hear of your music by doing Katy Kuhlman’s Movement Meditation sessions here on IT. I find your music, this piece in particular, to be the perfect vehicle to get energy moving and flowing through my body. In these chaotic times sitting meditation has not been as helpful as movement meditation. Each time I hear this piece my arms begin to float up and intertwine almost as a flickering flame. The low and high notes in this piece are grounding and at the same time upward moving—if that makes any sense. I’ve learned to let go of what I think I may need to do in each movement meditation and let my body release and guide me to how it needs to move to accomplish that. I could go on and on. I am deeply grateful for your help in my learning yet another way to hear, let go, remain flexible, and love the flow of energy in my body - and beyond. ✨ Namaste🙏🏻🌟💙🌟

A unique piece that gave me space to let my mind silence ... The insight came to me that like the Watcher inside me who notes physical, mental & emotional messages ... Each instrument and track speaks its truth but in times of what could be overlap discord the composer takes the pieces and forms a beautiful whole. I felt a wonderful tension of an odd rhythm yet consistent beat that so reminded me of my mental chatter. This probably makes little sense but it somehow does to me this morning. I am glad you loaded more of your meditatios. Thank you and have a good day
