And drawing the awareness back into the body.
And imagine with each exhalation you are able to soften the edges of any tension that you are holding.
Just like you may take an eraser and slowly just round out any sharp edges of tension.
As though it may begin to just drip and hang off of you until eventually the tension or any tightness or clinging simply falls away.
And if there's any area of the body that feels particularly persistent you may allow your breath to rest in that area for a couple of rounds of breathing.
And with your attention ask it to just soften and allow it to know that it's okay to let go.
Now we draw the awareness into the center of the heart.
Making a moment of quiet to rest your awareness of the subtlety of the heartbeat inside.
You may invite a deeper breath into the heart space.
And imagine as you inhale a beautiful breath of fresh air cleansing the heart,
Cleansing the whole heart space 360 degrees in every direction.
And with the exhale any stagnant energy,
Any blocks,
Any dark or stale energy simply washes away.
Continue to invite the element of air into the heart space to cleanse and purify.
And however your imagination and intuition sees this inside,
Inviting in a new wave of energy one last time with a strong breeze off of the ocean cleansing and purifying the heart.
Imagine if at any point the mind wanders back to the story,
Bring it back to the sensation present in the center of the heart.
And from here I want you to imagine your favorite season,
Your favorite time of year,
The time of transition that feels so welcomed to you.
There's a natural engagement of the senses,
Sense memory of deep nostalgia,
Warmth,
Love.
You can smell the shift in the air and the promise of what that season brings,
Delighted in your senses.
I want you to really feel into that nourishment of that season for you,
That delight,
Whatever first came to your mind.
See it in your mind,
See yourself engaging in that season in whatever way you do.
See if you may find the closest memory to you,
A very specific memory that feels so warm in just a moment.
Maybe the embrace of a loved one gazing into someone's eyes,
The harvesting of something,
Preparation of something,
Really begin to amplify this feeling in the heart,
Abundance,
Gratitude,
Worthiness,
Acceptance,
Unconditional love,
Generosity.
What is the frequency of this emotional state for you?
See if you can keep yourself in that place,
Allowing that to fill your whole body.
Now that you have the imprint of this emotion inside of you,
Bring your awareness to another moment,

Place yourself there,
A deep moment of gratitude,
Of wonder,
Of awe,
Where there was no expectation,
No condition.
The moment itself offered you everything that it needed,
A sense of accomplishment,
Just being you in this moment enough,
Satisfied.
Really place yourself in that moment,
Let it really fill up,
Amplify and expand in the heart through the whole body.
Imagine it pouring in,
Radiating,
Vibrating all of your cells all the way down to the DNA,
Bringing your awareness yet again to another moment in time with a loved one by yourself in nature at the end of a project to step back.
Feel that frequency,
See yourself there,
Whatever first comes to mind.
And then again,
One more moment amplified in your life of wonder,
Of awe,
Of contentment.
Feel the well of the heart until it runs over,
Spilling over,
Radiating now out through the pores to the crown of the head,
To the tips of the fingers and the toes,
Six feet in all directions.
You are a magnetic match to this frequency in and around you.
Now bringing your attention back into the heart and seeing yourself in a future moment,
Living in a future moment,
That which you wish to truly,
Truly believe in your life.
The woman who has the result that you most want.
And this is the embodied expression of how you feel in that moment.
See yourself there amplified with the same frequency,
With the same energy.

Turning up the volume on the expression,
Seeing yourself with raised arms to the sky,

And you begin to spin and twirl and all of this beautiful amplification of unconditional love that you've gathered in your heart is so abundant and so profound and prolific that it just starts to radiate and spray and spread out from your heart as you continue to twirl like rays of light,
Like petals of a rose,
Like the song of angels.
And you twirl and it spreads and it meets the hearts of those who need it most because you have become a wellspring for generosity,

And you see people out into the distance across the world grabbing these rose petals,

Allowing the corners of your mouth to also lift and the corners of your eyes and the chin lifts slightly,
