Mary is qualified mindfulness teacher for adults, teenagers and children. She has trained with the Institute of Mindfulness Based Approaches, MiSP and Youth Mindfulness UK. Mary also has a background in nursing and worked in the area of end-of-life care for twenty years. She has a deep interest in human suffering and how mindfulness and compassion can help us meet dying, death and bereavement in a more meaningful way. Mary has also introduced mindfulness into the Irish Parliament.
