The wisdom within.
Eo Gunutra for Connection,
Intuition and Divine Feminine.
Find a comfortable position lying down with support beneath your knees and a blanket over your body.
Let your arms rest by your side or place your hands somewhere comforting.
Gently allow your eyes to close or keep your eyes at a soft gaze.
There is nothing you need to accomplish here.
For these next few minutes,
You are invited simply to rest.
If anything feels uncomfortable,
You can move,
Open your eyes,
Or return your attention to the room.
Feel the places where your body meets the surface beneath you.
Back of your head.
Your shoulders.
Spine.
Arms your hips.
Legs and heels.
Notice how the ground receives you.
Take a breath in and a breath out and let the weight settle into its support.
Become aware of your natural in and out breath.
You don't need to deepen it or change it.
Notice the breath arriving.
And the breath leaving.
With each exhale,
Allow yourself a little less effort,
A little more room to be.
This practice gently brings awareness to the womb space,
The lower belly,
And the quiet center within the pelvis.
Whether or not a physical womb is present,
You may connect with this area as a place of creativity,
Intuition,
And inner knowing.
You might imagine the Divine Feminine here as a welcoming presence,
Tender,
Wise,
Receptive,
And strong.
There is no particular feeling you need to have.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
Let a simple intention arise.
Perhaps,
I make space to hear my inner wisdom.
Or,
I meet myself with tenderness and trust.
Choose words that feel true enough for today.
Repeat them silently without needing to make anything happen.
Now let awareness travel gently through the body.
There is no need to move.
Simply notice each place as it is named.
The right hand.
Thumb.
Fingers.
Calm.
Rest.
The right forearm,
Elbow,
Upper arm,
Shoulder.
The left hand.
Thumb.
Fingers.
Palm,
Wrist,
The left forearm,
Elbow,
Upper arm.
Shoulder.
Both arms are resting.
Bring awareness to the right foot,
Toes.
Soul.
Heal.
Ankle.
The right lower leg.
Me.
Bye.
The left foot,
Toes,
Sole.
Heal.
Ankle,
The left lower leg,
Knee,
Thigh,
Both legs resting.
Notice the back of the pelvis,
The lower back.
The middle back.
The upper back.
The ribs.
The chest.
The throat.
The jaw.
The cheeks.
The space around the eyes.
The forehead.
The crown of head.
Feel your whole body resting here.
One body.
One breath.
Supported by Sacred Ground.
If it feels comfortable,
Bring your awareness toward the lower belly.
You may place a hand there or leave your hands where they are.
Notice whatever is present,
Warmth or coolness,
Softness or tension.
Sensation,
Emotion,
Or very little at all.
Nothing needs to be different.
If this area feels difficult to approach,
You can rest your attention in your hands or feet instead.
Perhaps imagine a soft light within the lower belly.
Choose a color that feels comforting.
Let the light be gentle,
Like a candle sheltered from the wind.
It does not search for what is wrong.
It simply offers warmth and welcome.
You might imagine this inner space as a quiet garden,
A place that belongs to you.
Within this garden may be the traces of many seasons,
Experiences,
Expectations,
Old feelings and stories you have carried.
There is no need to revisit them,
No need to name them.
If the words old energy resonate,
Let them describe whatever feels ready for a little more space.
Nothing needs to be pushed away.
Imagine a gentle stream moving through the garden,
Clear water finding its own unhurried path.
Perhaps a fallen leaf rests upon the surface.
If something feels ready to loosen,
A worry,
An expectation,
A rule you have outgrown,
You may imagine placing it on that leaf.
Watch it drift only as far as it feels comfortable.
And if nothing is ready to move,
Let the water flow quietly beside you.
Resting is enough.
Notice the space around what remains.
You can hold your experiences with tenderness and still allow room for something new.
Room for ease,
For possibility.
Room for your own voice.
Imagine the garden receiving a little more light.
No need to plant anything,
Simply let there be space.
Within this quiet,
You might gently ask.
What would nourish me now?
Then let the quiet rest.
An answer may come as a word,
An image,
A feeling,
Or a simple preference.
There may be no answer today.
Your knowing does not need to be immediate.
Clarity can unfold slowly.
Rest now without questions,
Without seeking.
Feel the sacred ground beneath you.
The breath moving naturally.
The quiet presence of your body.
Allow yourself to receive these moments.
Return to your intention.
And make space to hear my inner wisdom.
Or repeat the words you chose.
Let them settle gently like a seed resting on sacred ground.
Begin to notice the room around you.
The sounds nearby,
The air against your skin,
The surface beneath your body.
Feel your hands and feet.
And fight a small movement into your fingers and toes.
Take your time.
Perhaps stretch or turn onto one side.
There is no need to hurry.
As you return,
Carry with you whatever felt supportive,
Even if it was simply a moment of rest.
Take care.
Your practice is complete.
