With each breath, I receive your abundance. I inhale, Drawing in vitality, Joy, And growth. I exhale. Offering gratitude for all that has bloomed in my life. With this breath. I honor my own inner fire. I inhale, Feeling strength and passion rising within me. And I exhale. Releasing what no longer needs to be carried. I set my intention and pray for the season ahead. May I move with the same confidence as the sun across the sky. May I shine brightly, Share my gifts generously, And savor the sweetness of summer days. I stand in the light of the solstice.
