This heart meditation helps you quiet mental noise and reconnect with the wisdom within you. You’ll be guided to feel your heart’s pulse beneath your hand—like a gentle reminder that you’re supported—then breathe as if you’re breathing through your heart. As you shift into gratitude, you’ll invite your heart to speak and offer guidance for your next best step. Leave this heartfulness meditation feeling more grounded, more trusting, and ready to take aligned action from a heart-led place. You’ve got this, my friend.

Welcome to this practice to trust your heart.

So often in life,

We live in our heads,

Telling us what should be,

And judging ourselves for not being somewhere else.

This is your invitation to take the journey from your head to your heart,

And to remember that you can trust your journey.

Let's begin.

If you haven't yet,

You can close your eyes or gaze down,

Bringing your awareness to your nose,

Breathing in and out,

Being present with each inhalation and exhalation,

Allowing yourself to fully be here now.

On your next in-breath,

I invite you to bring your hand to your heart space and connect with this beautiful vessel of love that lives inside you always.

Perhaps you can notice what it feels like to have the pulse of your heart touching your hand,

Almost like giving you a kiss with each beat.

Perhaps you can even hear your heart.

And maybe you can notice the pace,

The rhythm,

The flow.

And now I invite you to send your breath directly to your heart,

Almost as if you are breathing your heart.

An invisible line in through your nose and down to your heart,

And then exhaling from your heart back out.

And now sending gratitude to your heart.

Grateful for the reminder to come back to your true self.

Grateful for the truth,

For where your values live,

For knowing your heart is always available to lead you into your next best step.

And from this knowing,

I now invite you to bow your head towards your heart and simply ask your heart,

What is in my highest and greatest good right now?

Allow whatever the truth is to come forward,

No judgment required,

And say thank you.

Thank you for this reminder.

Thank you for this wisdom.

I trust you,

And I will take the next steps forward.

And as we close,

I invite you to bring a smile to your face and knowing this is always available to you.

What a gift that is.

Take a big inhalation in,

Holding your breath at the top,

And a big exhalation out when you can no longer hold.

Slowly release your hands,

Wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Flutter your eyes open,

And now listen to what your heart said and take aligned action.

You've got this,

My friend.
