I'm sharing my Isis mantra with you.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
You might like to light a candle.
What really matters is to get in touch with yourself and a great way to do this is to notice your breath and how it is right now.
Let your breath come to you.
Witness your breath arriving and leaving.
Notice any ballooning out of the abdomen as you inhale.
A very natural undulation and a soft dropping back on the exhale.
Relax the jaw,
The hands and receive the next inhale into a softening belly.
Receive this moment in its fullness.
The sounds around you,
Sensations in the body,
The breath arriving and leaving.
Tune into the energy of your intention.
What do you want to receive?
How do you want to feel both at the end of this practice and in your life generally?
