Hi and welcome to your practice.
Welcome to the Age of Aquarius.
Today on the winter solstice in the northern hemisphere on the 21st of December 2020 we are welcoming a double power of cyclical turning points in cosmos.
There is a very powerful,
Very important conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter in the zodiac sign of Aquarius.
Suddenly collectively we are moving into the air element for almost 150 next years.
We will be in the air element until 2159.
These two planets Saturn and Jupiter converge every 20 years to form a conjunction appearing to move closer together.
Astrologers believe that this conjunction represents the start of a new 20-year cycle.
These two happenings together,
The winter solstice and the conjunction truly feel like an important point in our journey.
Light increases,
Darkness decreases.
The density and structurality of Earth element that we are walking away from is replaced by the quest for more spaciousness and freedom that air symbolizes.
Aquarius represents the radical modern free-thinking qualities,
The urge to pursue personal freedom,
To create new paradigms.
On a day like this we are called into a space of conscious change,
Conscious closure,
An ending that needs to happen to give way to the new beginning.
This new cycle offers all of us possibility to embody spaciousness,
To replace confusion with clarity,
Rigidity and structure with more openness and freedom.
This is a powerful portal to give thanks to all of our learnings of this intense year and beyond.
Bowing to the lessons,
To the initiations,
To how life keeps pushing forward.
To embody all of our highest potentials.
To give thanks for what was.
The new cosmic cycle begins with us and with our intentionality.
As you allow your eyes to close,
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Spaciousness of the air element.
And with the exhale feel the downward movement that truly anchors you in your body.
Listening to your breath,
Let your attention drop into the heart space.
The heart space is the heart of the body.
The heart is the heart too is governed by the air element.
So what are you here to create in this lifetime?
What work are you here to do?
Once you inquire within,
Can you let your heart answer?
Can you feel the truth in your heart space?
With the next breath in,
Ask yourself what do I want to see manifest in the next 20 years?
If this is a new cycle that's beginning today,
What do I want to step into?
Let your breath show you the answers.
Maybe they come in visions,
Impressions,
Feelings.
Ask your spirit to be here and to guide this inquiry.
Are you ready to be completely free?
And what is it that you're ready to clear out,
To let go of,
To give way to this new freedom,
This new spaciousness?
Moving into a new paradigm means honestly acknowledging the old,
Recognizing that it no longer works,
That it's no longer serving a highest purpose.
So with this doubled energy of ending and beginning,
What are you ready to lovingly walk away from?
What are you ready to free?
Let your body show the answers through sensations,
Through somatic communication,
Pulsations,
Stings,
Electric currents.
Sometimes the truth is easier found through relaxing into the breath rather than from the mental efforts.
Ask your breath to show you.
Invite it to facilitate a greater opening,
A sense of connectedness with you.
How can you be more present for yourself?
Are there any layers,
Facets,
Distractions that keep you from being present?
What would it mean to you to embody more freedom,
To feel more openness,
Lightness,
Spaciousness?
If you are now stepping into a new 20-year cycle governed by the air element,
What would you like it to mean for you?
What would it be like to replace confusion with clarity?
To take a deeper breath into the places that believe its own smallness,
That no constriction and tightness?
What would it be like to breathe fully and freely and know very well that you have the right to be here?
That your loved supported invited to actively participate in the creation of the new?
This new cosmic cycle begins with us and with our intentionality.
What do you want from it?
And how do you want to show up?
What do you want from it?
And how do you want to show up?
Allow yourself to take three big,
Abundant,
Deep breaths.
Breathing in through the nose,
Feeling this expansiveness of the heart and lungs.
Exhaling to empty out,
Audibly release.
Breathing in and letting your heart expand.
Breathing out to ground down.
Final,
Deepest inhale.
Feel the embodiment of the new space within you.
And as you exhale,
A closure of a chapter.
An ending filled with gratitude.
