This This is a meditation to open up your ability to receive and to allow in positive,
Loving,
Healing energy into your life.
So to begin,
Either sit up or lay down in a quiet,
Comfortable place.
And just breathe in deeply and exhale deeply.
Breathe in deep and exhale long.
And one more time,
Breathe in deeply and allow your exhale to be even longer until all of the air is expelled from your lungs.
And in this meditation,
What is important is to begin with at least three very deep breaths and then allow yourself to breathe deeply or to breathe normally,
Whichever works,
Whichever feels normal and comfortable for you.
So continue breathing and allow yourself to receive all positivity.
Notice your heart area opening up and it naturally expands as you inhale.
Place your attention there.
Just notice it there with your breath.
Notice how your lungs expand.
Your belly may expand.
Your heart area expands when you inhale.
And then it goes back down when you exhale.
And in this meditation,
Whenever you inhale,
Imagine that you are filling up your entire being and flooding every cell of your body with the most positive energy.
Energy of love,
Energy of acceptance,
Of receptivity,
Energy of perfect health,
Energy of vitality,
Of goodwill,
With each inhale,
Imagine fresh new optimism is coming inside you,
Is filling up your lungs,
Is permeating your cells.
And each time you exhale,
Know that all the old thoughts,
The self-doubt,
The negativity,
The self-criticism,
Any thoughts of not being enough,
Of not being worthy,
All of those thoughts are going out,
Leaving you.
They were never yours.
They're old beliefs.
They're old thoughts.
Perhaps you inherited them.
Perhaps someone planted them inside of you.
It doesn't even matter really.
Just know that in this exercise,
In this meditation,
You are taking your power back and you are allowing yourself to breathe in all possibility.
You are allowing yourself right now to understand that you can create the life you want from this moment forward with practice.
Just like when you go to the gym and you keep working out and your muscles get stronger and stronger or when you begin to even walk and you can walk for 10 minutes and then you're able to walk for 20 minutes and pretty soon you just could walk for hours and you love it and you enjoy it.
We don't remember learning to walk all those times that we tried to walk and fell down and just got up again.
When you notice a baby or young baby learning to walk,
You see that.
They don't fall down and just stop and give up.
They keep trying.
They're trying.
The parents and those around them,
Older children and adults alike say,
Come on,
You can do it.
Walk to me.
Come to me.
Someone takes their hand.
There's help along the way.
In this exercise and in this meditation right now,
You are training your brain.
You are training your most powerful,
Brilliant brain,
Your mind to encourage you to allow in abundance,
To allow in compliments,
To allow in all good things.
You are opening up to your ability to receive and you realize and recognize that your ability to receive and allowing in all positive thoughts and positive feelings from yourself within yourself and also allowing those thoughts to come in from others around you makes you feel even better,
Even more powerful.
It's empowering.
And as you inhale,
You are taking your power back.
You are forging the strength that you have within yourself.
You are re strengthening.
You are reconnecting with the power that lies within you.
You are fertilizing that seed of abundance.
You are fertilizing those seeds of inspiring ideas.
You are empowering those seeds of success in anything that you choose.
You are fertilizing those seeds.
You are watering those seeds of love and sharing and emotionally connecting with others as well as with yourself.
You are nurturing and nourishing those seeds,
Those innermost desires that may have been neglected or covered up or cast aside for some reason or another.
You are awakening your power.
You are recognizing the life that you want to live.
You realize that you are a loving person,
That you are loving,
That you are loved,
That you are lovable.
And right now is that time for you to remind yourself and to instill that inner cheerleader,
You can do it.
I am here with you.
I am here with you.
This may take the form of an inner voice,
An inner cheerleader,
A guide,
A spiritual guide,
A guardian angel,
Whichever way it comes for you.
This is a part of you that you are re energizing,
That you are reconnecting with to remind you of how powerful you are and that the messages that you are receiving of love and of compliments are worth taking in and allowing them to fill you,
To validate you and to empower you to do even more loving and kind gestures.
So now just thank yourself for taking this time to replenish your well of inner abundance and love,
Of taking your power back,
Allowing it to run through you,
To circulate through you with your breath.
Inhale love,
Inhale self acceptance,
Exhale doubt,
Spots of limitations,
Inhale love.
And anytime you need that boost of encouragement,
You will listen to this recording again and again until it just comes naturally.
