Lions Gate Portal Meditation 08.08

Open up to the Lions Gate Portal. Thousands of years ago our ancestors used this highly potent portals so do we now. The Lions Gate Portal is a special time of the year when the star Sirius and the Sun are in alignment with each other and the sun being in the astrological sign of the Leo. So it opens us up for deeper spiritual wisdom, higher alignment of self and connecting us to the star system Sirius. we can enhance our courageous self and step forward in a new version of ourselves.

Transcript

Lie in skate meditation.

Come into a comfortable sitting position or lay down flat on your back.

Make yourself comfortable.

Inhale into your body,

Into every part of your being.

And take three very deep breaths to center yourself and come into a neutral state.

Breathe in and release out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Now envision a beautiful wooden box in front of you with big beautiful ornaments around it,

Giving it an ancient,

Very luxurious,

Beautiful outlook.

And you see a big golden lock in front of the box.

You feel and know that this box is safe and the perfect spot for you to put in all your thoughts and feelings you kept on repeating today.

Releasing all the unnecessary thoughts which are keeping us heavy in an everyday consciousness are important but don't have a place in this meditation right now.

One by one you put them inside the box,

One by one,

Thought by thought.

And with every thought and feeling you put into that box,

You already feel lighter and lighter with every thought which gets released into that box,

Into that sacred box of yours.

You feel that every fiber,

Every cell of your body feels more released and ease with yourself.

You go deeper into a state of trance and healing with every thought and feeling you release into that box.

And you know that you come closer into the state where you can receive old ancient wisdom of your very own soul.

With every thought you release you unlock unlimited potential in your DNA.

When you feel lighter and you feel the work is done you softly and gently close that wooden box of yours.

You close that big golden lock and you know that your thoughts are safe and a good place for you to keep on your healing journey.

You turn around and you walk away into the depths of your own consciousness.

With every step you take,

More far from that box,

You go deeper into a state of relaxation.

You feel your body melting,

Melting away into effortlessness and ease.

And while your body is melting,

Your consciousness is walking alongside the beautiful shore at the Turquoise Sea.

You see these beautiful colors of blue,

Turquoise and you feel at home,

You feel at peace.

And the more you look to the sea,

The lesser you think about your everyday life.

You are now opening a portal of silence and calm,

Absorbed by the beauty of your surrounding,

The tropical water in front of you and the hot,

Burning and transforming desert behind you.

You feel the warm sand under your feet,

It grounds you and connects you deeper and deeper with the rhythm of life,

The rhythm of Gaia.

You feel your heartbeat aligning with the heartbeat of Gaia,

Our home planet on which we experience consciousness.

And while you feel that sacred heartbeat of yours,

You go deeper and deeper into relaxation.

And with the rests you open up more for breakthrough experience.

You walk and walk in your own rhythm till you arrive at an ancient site,

Deep in the desert,

A temple,

Long time forgotten,

Next to the tropical sea which reminds you of a time which is long forgotten but still vibrant in our hearts.

Long time no one visited this place but the energy is still vibrant.

You notice lion heads out of sandstone guarding the entrance of the temple and you know that it is a deep blessing and a sign of purity of heart,

You being guided to this place.

You realize that it got already night and the stars are shining bright upon you.

Feeling your way deep inside the temple and deep gratitude and humbleness you enter and the deeper you walk the cooler the air gets.

It smells like wet tone and earth and the sweetness of jasmine and amber are filling your nose with happiness,

Joy,

Peace,

Safety and deep remembrance.

You feel home,

Relaxed and a deep sense of purpose.

And the longer you walk you arrive at the center of the temple.

Look around you,

How does it feel,

How does it look.

Look down to your feet,

Your hands and absorb all the details around you.

You made it to the temple of your own heart,

Your spiritual wisdom.

You look up to the ceiling and you notice that it is open and you feel the light of the stars above you and you notice that especially Sirius,

The star which is our spiritual sun,

Is shining bright above us.

You are feeling deeply enlightened by the rays of that star Sirius,

Activating your own inner light,

Dissolving all the shadows within you.

Stand in this light and absorb every little detail.

You are in a shower of light and blessing.

After a while you notice in front of you a woman sitting on a big throne out of crystals looking upon you and you notice that this woman has not a normal head,

She has the head of a beautiful lioness.

She is surrounded by three white beautiful lions.

You know that you don't have to fear that they come in peace and with purpose.

The woman is calling you front to stand directly in front of her and she smiles upon you,

Smiles upon your beautiful being and you know that you don't have anything to hide in front of her.

She is seeing and accepting all of that is.

Your eyes in the colours of the rainbow soft,

Gentle and filled with loving kindness.

Big release is happening inside your being,

Being seen in the totality of who you are without any masks to wear,

Without any roles to play,

Just you being mirrored in the eyes of a being of light.

You are connecting now with your inner light and her inner light merging as one.

You dissolve in love,

Bliss and unity and pure acceptance,

Radiance and love.

With every breath you absorb more light and you feel the heaviness of your humanness leaving deep acceptance,

All your pain,

Your struggle dissolving in purity of the merging of your light,

The light spiralling up your spine,

Out of the top of your head,

Merging with the stars.

Enjoy this experience of oneness for a moment.

Intelligence becomes snacks for a second,

You are one withの정ispersatchanchamnusprallel明白しましょう You start to feel the infinity sign or the sacred number 8 spiralling in your heart.

Connecting you even deeper to your inner light,

Your courageous self,

Your inner lioness or lion.

When you are ready,

Take three very deep breaths to integrate the experience and remember that this experience is staying inside of you always,

Able to recall it whenever you need it.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale,

Integrate.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Activate.

Exhale.

Integrate.

One last time.

Inhale.

Inhale.

Interarate.

Maybe now a symbol is appearing in front of you,

A gift from these four multidimensional visitors in front of you,

For you to integrate wherever,

Wherever you think is.

It's needed in your system.

And you take one last gaze into the beautiful radiant eyes of the lioness.

You remember who you are and who you came here to be.

Now give gratitude and think this being of light.

Give something in return.

An offering deep from within your heart.

May it be a symbol,

A flower or whatever comes into your mind.

Slowly and carefully you turn around and you take your time to go step by step out of this ancient temple filled with liquid love.

And you feel that you shine brighter as ever before.

And with every step you take further into the desert your mission gets clearer and you feel courageous as never before.

With every inhale you take more steps back alongside the shore.

And when I count from three to one you arrive back refreshed,

Vibrant,

Full of joy and purpose into your everyday life,

Into your body.

Three.

You breathe in and out.

Two.

You feel more alive,

Awake,

Vibrant.

One.

You are back into your body.

Stretch yourself,

Move yourself and rest for a little moment to integrate the magic and energy of the lion's gate.
