Meditation for Emotional Balance (Sunia(n) Antar) is taken from the Kundalini Yoga tradition. It is very helpful when you are feeling overwhelmed, angry, upset, or like screaming. It is especially designed to be beneficial for women. It is recommended to drink a glass of water before the meditation, as often the imbalance can, in part, be caused by the kidneys having to work hard due to dehydration.
