Welcome and thanks so much for joining me today.
I've put together a guided meditation inspired by the energy and archetype of Taurus.
If you're looking to feel more grounded,
Connected to your senses,
Or simply looking for a moment of stability and calm,
This is a great meditation for you to reset.
You do not need to be Taurus or have it in your birth chart and it doesn't need to be Taurus season for you to embrace these affirmations.
Start by getting settled in,
Finding some comfort in your body,
Whether you are sitting,
Lying down,
Or standing,
Taking a moment to wiggle,
Stretch,
Shift side to side,
Letting yourself find comfort.
Close your eyes if you'd like or leave them open if necessary and begin to notice your breath.
How does it feel in the body today?
Allow yourself to take a full deep breath in and a big deep breath out.
Begin to follow the breath as it travels in and out,
Perhaps even letting the exhales linger a little bit longer.
Feel the shoulders soften down,
The belly gently expanding and contracting.
Continue to find this mindful breath at your own pace and remember if the mind starts to wander,
Gently bring it back to refocusing on the inhales and the exhales.
Continuing this deep,
Full-bodied breath here at your own pace.
Continuing to take these deep breaths or perhaps letting the breath come back to its natural rhythm,
Repeating these affirmations out loud after me or repeating them in your mind.
I am grounded in my inner strength.
My calming presence soothes others.
I attract abundance effortlessly.
I savor life's simple pleasures.
I am worthy of comfort and peace.
I nurture myself with love.
My patience creates lasting results.
I am connected to nature's rhythm.
My senses guide me to joy.
I am a magnet for prosperity.
I trust the timing of my journey.
My heart is open to beauty.
I am reliable and true to myself.
I create spaces of warmth and safety.
I am trustworthy.
I embrace change at my own pace.
I am grateful for my body's wisdom.
I cultivate peace in every moment.
Continuing to find a few deep breaths here.
Allowing yourself to take a big inhale,
A big sigh and release.
Finding a moment of gratitude for whatever comes to mind for you today.
Allowing that awareness to softly come back to your body and your breath.
Giving yourself an opportunity before you continue on with your day or your evening to take this sense of calm with you.
Feel free to repeat any of those favorite affirmations as many times as needed.
