Hello,
And thank you so much for joining me for this guided meditation,
Inspired by the energy and archetype of Aries.
Just a reminder,
You do not need to be an Aries,
And it doesn't need to be Aries season for you to benefit from these affirmations.
If you're looking to feel more courageous,
Ignite more confidence,
And feel ready to take action,
This is a great meditation for you to feel inspired to do so.
So allow yourself to settle in,
Wherever you are.
You can listen while sitting,
Walking,
Or lying down.
We'll start just by giving ourselves a few moments to check in with the body and the breath.
Taking a deep breath in,
And a big deep breath out.
Perhaps starting with a little body scan,
Beginning at the crown of the head,
Slowly working your way down,
And just noticing what arises here.
Being sure to unclench the jaw,
Relax the muscles of your brow bone,
Let the shoulders soften down the spine,
And just continue to follow the breath as it travels throughout the body.
Perhaps taking a few big exhales to sigh and release any pent up energy or emotion you might be holding.
Breathing in,
Big breath out,
Taking that a few times if that feels good for you.
And just allowing your breath to continue here at your own pace,
Remembering if the mind starts to wander,
You can gently refocus on the inhales and the exhales.
Feel free to repeat these affirmations out loud,
Or silently in your mind.
I embrace my boldness with confidence.
My passion fuels every step I take.
I am a fearless trailblazer.
I trust my instincts to lead me forward.
My energy ignites positive change.
I am unstoppable.
I face challenges with courage.
My inner fire burns brightly.
I create my own opportunities.
I am strong,
Vibrant,
And alive.
I move with purpose.
My enthusiasm inspires others.
I love the spark of new beginnings.
